Work with Accounts Payable, matching payment checks and mailing.
Managing journal entries
Bank reconciliation
Auditing vendors
Vendor management
Process incoming mail
Verifying invoices
Bank and credit card reconciliations
Managing 6 rental properties
Assisting CPA
Imputing information quickly and accurately into the computer system as needed.
Ability to set-up and maintain filing systems
Operation of office equipment
Qualifications:
Must have Quickbooks experience.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Ability to stand and or sit continuously to perform essential job functions for duration of shift with or without reasonable accommodations.
General knowledge of computers required.
Microsoft word and Excel is required.</div>

This role is the perfect mix of guest service and behind-the-scenes operations. You'll welcome late-arriving guests, help anyone who needs assistance overnight, and complete the nightly financial audit that prepares the hotel for the next day.

What You'll Do</h3>
Welcome late-night guests and provide friendly, professional service 
Handle check-ins, check-outs, and guest requests overnight 
Complete the hotel's nightly audit and balance daily transactions 
Run reports and prepare the property for the morning team 
Keep the lobby and front desk area clean and welcoming 
Monitor the property overnight and ensure a safe environment for guests 
Communicate important notes for the morning management team<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
What Makes a Great Night Auditor</h3>
Reliable and punctual - the overnight team counts on you 
Comfortable working independently and staying productive overnight 
Friendly and professional with guests at all times 
Detail-oriented and organized 
Basic computer skills and willingness to learn hotel systems 
Previous hotel or customer service experience is helpful but not required<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Schedule</h3>
This position works overnight shifts ( 10:00 PM &ndash; 6:00 AM). 
Applicants must be comfortable working overnights, weekends, and holidays as needed.<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
