 This role supports the Head of Section in managing engineering activities related to the design, development, coordination, implementation, execution, and control of projects, ensuring alignment with the Company&rsquo;s strategy, commitments, and goals.

 Key Accountabilities
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Assist the Head of Instrument &amp; Automation in coordinating multidisciplinary engineering activities to ensure alignment with Project objectives, EPCC Contract requirements, and Project procedures.
 </li>
 <li>
 Track and report progress of engineering deliverables, highlighting deviations and supporting recovery actions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure timely resolution of technical issues and support implementation of design changes and field technical notes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Review and comment on technical documentation submitted by EPCC Contractor, including datasheets, drawings, specifications, and vendor documents.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the review and endorsement of project procedures and engineering specifications.
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in kick-off meetings with subcontractors to align on technical scope, quality expectations, and schedule.
 </li>
 <li>
 Review and support acceptance of fabrication schedules submitted by subcontractors.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with QA/QC for inspection and expediting activities at vendor and subcontractor facilities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with the construction team to ensure proper installation of equipment and systems in accordance with engineering deliverables.
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in on-site inspections to verify compliance with technical specifications and quality standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure readiness of systems for pre-commissioning and commissioning phases.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor engineering deliverables against the commissioning-driven project schedule and report deviations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with EPCC Contractor and internal teams to ensure timely completion of engineering inputs required for commissioning.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support training and technical readiness of Company teams for commissioning and start-up activities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate engineering interfaces between internal departments (Operations, Maintenance, Projects, Procurement) and EPCC Contractor.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the Interface Team in technical review of spare parts, tie-in readiness, and resolution of interface-related issues.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure alignment of engineering deliverables with interface milestones and external authority requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure proper documentation, traceability, and compliance with EPCC Contract requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in multidisciplinary reviews such as HAZOP, HAZID, SIL, QRA, and 3D model reviews, and ensure closure of action items.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support identification and tracking of engineering-related risks and contribute to the Project Risk Register.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure engineering activities comply with Environmental Impact Assessment, HSE, and quality requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Report deviations and support mitigation planning in coordination with the Head of Engineering.
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee design and configuration of control systems including DCS, SIS, PLCs, and SCADA.
 </li>
 <li>
 Review control philosophies, system architecture, logic diagrams, and interface requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate integration of automation systems with plant operations and safety systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support FAT, SAT, and commissioning of automation systems, ensuring cybersecurity and reliability standards are met.

 The role holder leads and oversees the legal operations function within the company. This position is responsible for managing all legal aspects of the business, including contract management, legal disputes, corporate advisory, and interactions with government authorities. Associate General Counsel-Legal Counsel

 The role holder is responsible to ensure that all assigned tasks are planned in a systematic, efficient, and economical way, to improve the safety, quality and reliability of the Production Plants.
 
 
 This role holder is responsible to develop scope of works for critical Rotating Machines (Turbines and Compressor) based on site inputs and inspection reports and prepare budgetary estimates for any materials and service requisition. The role will work closely with maintenance teams, technical, facility maintenance team and contractors to ensure update master plan for Turnaround related activities and coordinate with Production HSE, Logistic and other disciplines prior execution.
 
 
 The role holder must ensure that all Turnaround activities are carried out within Budget, Time Scheduled in compliance with QAFCO Occupational Health, Quality, Safety, and Environment procedures.
 
 
 
 Key Accountabilities

 Develop Turnaround scope for Rotating Machines including contract and spare parts requirement well ahead in accordance with agreed Turnaround milestones,

 Ensure work pack and personnel mobilization plan for unit and total Turnaround windows

 Focal point to provide technical input for tender plan, technical evaluation and presentation on contracts managed by the section related to Turnaround in the respective area of responsibility.

 Participate/coordinate periodical meetings with all involved trades in Overall coordination, Area Coordination, Scope Challenge and LS Contractor Coordination.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify and ensure required resources, manpower, logistics, specialists, services contract, and spare parts are identified and ordered on time.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop schedules for all the turnaround scope of work in the respective area of responsibility.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure the compliance and right application of Turnaround Management System.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work with the business areas owners to ensure that agreed timings, durations and budgets are developed for planned Turnaround activities for his assigned area of responsibility.

 Implement execution strategy of Turnaround scope, detailed execution schedule, resource optimization and effective communication among all stakeholders including Contractors.

 Identify risks and implement mitigation measures

 Ensure effective coordination among all stakeholders of Turnaround to accomplish timely completion of all scope of work in the respective area of responsibility.

 To be leadership with all trades and contractor to ensure proper alignment for all planning and execution activities included in TAR and resources requirements in TAR.

 Handle unforeseen/emergent scope of work during Turnaround after obtaining necessary approvals as applicable.

 Control, monitoring and coordinating of all Turnaround activities including projects and inspection.
 </li>

 Coordination and liaising with relevant team for Turnaround preparation activities.
 </li>

 Desired Candidate Profile

 Minimum of 7 years proven successful relevant experience in similar roles, preferable Fertilizer companies.

 <li>
 Having Full understanding of machines, components, types of the inspection, and familiar with different Machines (Steam Turbine, Gas Turbine, Compressor and Gear boxes), also machine&rsquo;s auxiliary equipment and static equipment into Compressor House.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experiences in SAP/4 HANA EAM and Primavera P6 is an advantage.
 </li>
