 Key Accountabilities:

 To ensure interpreting the digital strategy and to identify innovative solutions supporting strategy implementation.

 Drive QAFCO's digital vision and strategy definition, acting as the steward for the digital initiatives' roadmap across the organization.
 </li>

 Identify and ideate digital business opportunities across the value chain, based on strategic and operational challenges or threats observed within the organization.
 </li>

 Oversee the development of an integrated digital budget and spend plan across relevant QAFCO functions, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

 Identify synergies for developing and implementing digital solutions, collaborating with respective owners to ensure cohesive integration.

 Review digital value realization (i.e., ROI) across functions, ensuring that digital investments align with business objectives and deliver tangible outcomes.

 Develop relevant digital expertise through a Center of Excellence model, tailored to meet evolving business needs and technological advancements.

 Oversee the digital use case lifecycle delivery, from design and prototyping to full-scale roll-out, ensuring seamless execution and integration into existing processes.

 Lead and oversee the development of sustainable partnerships with local and global innovation ecosystems, fostering collaboration and driving digital innovation within QAFCO.
 </li>
 <li>
 Act as the single point of contact and key advisor to relevant QAFCO executives for digital topics and the future of the business, providing strategic guidance and insights.
 </li>
 <li>
 Act as the face of QAFCO in local and global digital and innovation events, seminars, and associations, representing the organization and fostering relationships with key stakeholders in the digital ecosystem.
 </li>

 Interpret the digital strategy and identify innovative solutions supporting strategy implementation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage and evaluate the portfolio/pipeline of innovative ideas collected from across the company.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with relevant business stakeholders to understand operational challenges or threats.

 Lead teams to build and implement digital products, tracking implementation progress and ensuring alignment with business and IT.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor the implementation of the digital strategy and roadmap, identifying risks, issues, and challenges, and seeking mitigation measures.

 Lead the ideation program to identify digital opportunities, ensuring compliance with relevant quality, health, safety, and environmental management procedures and controls.

 Desired Candidate Profile:

 Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in relevant field.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience in digital implementation, innovation, or a related field, with minimum 5 years in a managerial role, preferably within the Oil &amp; Gas or Petrochemical Industry.
 </li>
 <li>
 Certifications in project management, such as PMP (Project Management Professional) would be added as an advantage.

 The successful candidate will support the Head of Category in developing and implementing contracting and procurement policies, procedures, and strategies, reviews and approves tendering and contracting strategies within delegated authority, manages business, technical, and commercial risks, and ensures contract compliance, operational continuity, and effective team performance. for assigned categories (i.e., Business Support, Maintenance Operations, Turnaround, Technical and CAPEX).
 
 
 
 Key Accountabilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Lead and supervise contracting and procurement activities across the full need-to-pay cycle, including supplier prequalification, tendering, contract establishment, capital procurement, and logistics coordination.
 </li>
 <li>
 Review and approve tendering strategies, bid analyses, evaluation reports, negotiation approaches, and contract documentation to ensure alignment with approved strategies, company procedures, and applicable standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Be an active User of IT Systems, such as: SAP / Ariba, Docusign, Sievo, etc.

 Lead complex sourcing events, tenders, and negotiations, representing the Head of Sections in meetings and events when required.

 Roles in this level have prime responsibility for carrying out the execution of various on-going workshop related to welding. The role holder is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing welding processes and procedures to ensure the integrity and quality. This role will be collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize welding techniques, maintain safety standards, and troubleshoot welding-related issues.
 
 
 The role holder will also provide technical support during production, turnaround and conduct quality assurance inspections, and ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications. By leveraging advanced welding technologies and methodologies, the Welding Engineer contributes to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the operations.
 
 
 
 Key Accountabilities

 Design, develop, and implement welding processes and procedures tailored to specific projects and material requirements.
