 The role is responsible to support the Head of Reliability Engineering in carrying out the services of the section.
 
 
 The role is responsible to provide processes, structures, advice and guidance to improve or help sustain overall reliability in order to achieve maximum plant reliability which results in higher profits and less incidents. This role requires the provision of technical support in asset management and problem solving through application of specialized techniques, analytical and structured problem-solving processes.
 
 
 
 Key Accountabilities
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Facilitate Equipment Criticality Ranking session to set effective and efficient Systematic Maintenance Strategies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Evaluate the existing Preventive Maintenance Task, focusing on effective failure prevention maintenance activities (addressing well identified failure modes) and eliminating unnecessary tasks: Preventive Maintenance Optimization.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify all possible failure modes in critical plant functional systems, with the final purpose of establishing effective failure prevention maintenance activities: Failure Modes and Effect Analysis.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure that major assets installed at production facilities are timely replaced to ensure production continuity. Its main deliverable is an asset replacement plan as input for the two next major plant turnarounds: Long Term Replacements Plan.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze production losses and highlight problem areas to make asset owners aware of the weaknesses in the plant and take action to increase reliability.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate the Reliability actions plans for plants&rsquo; reliability issues.
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform the training of Reliability tools when is applicable.
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate or lead RCA&rsquo;s as and when required and follow up on implementation of the relevant recommendations.

 Desired Candidate Profile

 Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Instrumentation/ Electronics/ Electrical or relevant Engineering.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum of 8 years relevant experience in Oil &amp; Gas / Petrochemical Industry, out of which 5 years working in Reliability area.
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge on Criticality Ranking, FMEA, RCM, PMO and RCA techniques.
 </li>
 <li>
 Handling of standards for Asset management ISO 55001, engineering like IEC, ISA, etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Possess professional certification i.e., CMRP, CRE or equivalent in Reliability / Failure Analysis and Functional safety engineering by ISA /TUV are advantages.

Engineer, Reliability - Instrumentation

 Job Summary
 
 
 
 The role holder will be supporting the Head of Section in managing engineering activities related to the design, development, coordination, implementation, execution, and control of projects, ensuring alignment with the Company&rsquo;s strategy, commitments, and goals.
 
 
 The role holder focuses on providing technical guidance, problem-solving, decision-making, and analysis of the engineering department portfolio using innovative and analytical techniques. This role will be focus on the Product Handling, Jetty, Marine facilities &amp; operations.
 
 
 
 Key Accountabilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Oversee development and review of process design deliverables including PFDs, P&amp;IDs, heat and material balances, and process simulations. Ensuring process design aligns with licensor requirements, safety standards, and operational philosophy.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead and close out HAZOP, SIL, and operability studies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure fire protection, gas detection, and emergency systems are designed per NFPA and QAFCO standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support hazardous area classification, firewater system design, and safety layout reviews.

 Participate in risk assessments and ensure implementation of safety recommendations.

 <li>
 Assist the Head of Engineering in coordinating multidisciplinary engineering activities to ensure alignment with Project objectives, EPCC Contract requirements, and Project procedures.

 Review, verify and comment on technical documentation submitted by EPCC Contractor, including datasheets, drawings, specifications, and vendor documents.

 Participate in kick-off meetings with subcontractors to align on technical scope, quality expectations, and schedule.

 Follow up on fabrication progress and support resolution of NCRs or fabrication defects reported by subcontractors.

 Monitor engineering deliverables against the commissioning-driven project schedule and report deviations.

 Coordinate with EPCC Contractor and internal teams to ensure timely completion of engineering inputs required for commissioning.

 Coordinate engineering interfaces between internal departments (Operations, Maintenance, Projects, Procurement) and EPCC Contractor.

 Support the Interface Team in technical review of spare parts, tie-in readiness, and resolution of interface-related issues.

 Participate in multidisciplinary reviews such as HAZOP, HAZID, SIL, QRA, and 3D model reviews, and ensure closure of action items.

 Support identification and tracking of engineering-related risks and contribute to the Project Risk Register.

 Maintain records of technical reviews, NCR resolutions, inspection outcomes, and interface coordination.

Sr. Process Project Engineer - Product Handling

 Job Purpose
 
 
 
 Roles in this level have prime responsibility to implement and maintain the established Cyber Security procedures and controls for all Automation systems. Ensures that all the established Cyber security controls for various domains of OT Cyber security are implemented by all the Automation groups. Continuously monitor the installed Cyber solutions and keep them updated with latest security updates and threat feeds. Continuously monitor the control system for potential cyber vulnerabilities and implement the vulnerability management program.
 
 
 Participate in risk analysis of the implemented Cyber controls on a regular basis and execute risk reduction strategies. Actively participate in the Incident management process and maintain Disaster Recovery Plans.

 Roles in this level have prime responsibility for carrying out the planning of daily maintenance activities with primary responsibility to ensure &lsquo;right-first-time&rsquo; job performance so that equipment reliability is maximized, while improving maintenance &lsquo;tool time&rsquo;, &lsquo;work quality&rsquo; by anticipating and eliminating potential delays through planning and coordination of labour and non-labour resources including materials and services.
 
 
 The role holder is expected to be able to remove uncertainty in order to execute planning in a systematic, efficient, and economical way with forecasted maintenance job planning approach. The role holder should be able to independently develop cost and time estimates of planned maintenance work to meet budgets and schedules.
 
 
 
 Key Accountabilities

 Develop equipment preventive maintenance schedule.

 <li>
 Based on the daily new work request from production, planning engineer shall prepare detailed activity break up along with the estimation of required resources for the job i.e., internal, and external manpower, materials, and services.

 Coordinate and review the work plan for assigned maintenance activities; review and evaluate planned work, methods, procedures and oversee spare parts inventory.
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in maintenance contracts including scope development, specifications, initiating procurement process, technical evaluation and providing support to superiors for management approval process.
 </li>
 <li>
 Day to day coordination with contractors to supply manpower and/or services based on requirement during daily work order planning.
 </li>
 <li>
 Verify and process the invoices submitted by the contractor.
 </li>

 Communicate and Co-ordinate with end-users to ensure spares and materials are made available for scheduled activities. Also provide feedback to MRP so that cost-effective replenishment levels are maintained.
