Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electric Supervisor with a solid background in industrial electrical systems to oversee and manage electrical installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting across our facility. The ideal candidate will have 4&ndash;5 years of hands-on experience in an industrial setting and be capable of leading a team of electricians to ensure safe, efficient, and timely execution of all electrical work.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the electrical team in an industrial environment.</li><li>Plan, assign, and review electrical maintenance and installation tasks.</li><li>Ensure compliance with all electrical safety standards, codes, and regulations.</li><li>Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on industrial electrical systems, including motors, PLCs, MCC panels, transformers, and control panels.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical faults to minimize downtime.</li><li>Collaborate with other departments (mechanical, production, safety) to ensure seamless operations.</li><li>Maintain records of electrical work, inspections, and equipment maintenance.</li><li>Ensure availability and proper use of PPE and electrical safety tools.</li><li>Support in training junior technicians and ensuring team skill development.</li></ul>Required Qualifications:<ul><li>Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.</li><li>4&ndash;5 years of hands-on supervisory experience in an industrial environment (manufacturing, heavy machinery, process plants, etc.).</li><li>Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems and control circuits.</li><li>Proficiency in reading electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.</li><li>Strong leadership and team management skills.</li><li>Good understanding of electrical safety standards and best practices.</li></ul>Preferred Skills:<ul><li>Certification in Electrical Safety or Industrial Maintenance.</li><li>Familiarity with energy management systems.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
