<ul><li>Establish and maintain a document control system for efficient filing, retrieval, and distribution of documents.</li><li>Receive, log, and distribute all incoming project-related documents such as drawings, specifications, transmittals, submittals, and reports.</li><li>Ensure all documents are properly coded, recorded, and stored in accordance with company or project standards.</li><li>Control the issuance, revision, and version tracking of all controlled documents.</li><li>Prepare document transmittals for submission to clients, consultants, or contractors.</li><li>Maintain up-to-date registers of drawings, submittals, and correspondence.</li><li>Ensure obsolete documents are clearly marked and archived appropriately.</li><li>Coordinate with project engineers, QA/QC, and procurement for document flow and approvals.</li><li>Assist in internal and external audits by providing required documentation and records.</li><li>Maintain document registers, log sheets, and submission records.</li><li>Prepare weekly or monthly reports on document control activities.</li><li>Monitor deadlines and ensure timely submission of project deliverables.</li><li>Manage day-to-day administrative and secretarial tasks for the department or management.</li><li>Prepare, format, and proofread official letters, memos, emails, and reports.</li><li>Maintain the office filing system (both digital and physical).</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies:<ul><li>Excellent communication skills in English.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).</li><li>Knowledge of document control software (Aconex, SharePoint, etc.) preferred.</li><li>Strong organizational and time-management abilities.</li><li>High attention to detail and confidentiality.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to QAR3,500.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Five: 5 years (Required)</li></ul>
