 We are looking for a motivated and experienced Backend Software Engineer to join our Technology team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Node.js, NestJS, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, web APIs, TypeScript, JavaScript, and Azure development technologies.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Position Overview:
 
 As a Backend Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our backend services, databases, and integrating cloud services. You will collaborate closely with our front-end developers and product team to implement feature integrations, enhance our platform's performance, and contribute to our overall product development with a focus on scalable and efficient backend services
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>

 Design and develop scalable, high-performance backend services using Node.js and NestJS.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work with MongoDB and PostgreSQL databases to ensure data integrity, performance, and scalability.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and maintain robust web APIs for frontend-backend communication.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with front-end developers for API integration and feature development.
 </li>
 <li>
 Implement Azure cloud services, including service bus, functions, and Elasticsearch, into the development process.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure the implementation of best practices for code quality, testing, security, and cloud integration.
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in code reviews to maintain high development standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in backend development and cloud services

 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience as a Backend Software Engineer or similar role.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong proficiency in Node.js, NestJS, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with Azure development, including Service Bus, Serverless Functions, and Elasticsearch.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience developing and maintaining web APIs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with front-end languages (e.g., HTML, CSS) and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular, React) is a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of code versioning tools, such as Git.
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
 </li>

 Sales Planning and Reporting:

 Develop sales plans, forecasts, and budgets in collaboration with the sales team and management.

 Prepare regular sales reports, including activity reports, pipeline updates, and revenue forecasts.
 </li>

 Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales strategies and optimize performance.

 Content Management

 Collect content from client
 </li>
 <li>
 Facilitate the presenting of client reels/live Facebook and Instagram videos
 </li>
 <li>
 Facilitate the creation of graphics and branding for client content
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage the scheduling and posting of the account support team (follow up and cross check content, provide captions and profile URL)
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 Collaboration and Teamwork:

 Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, product development, and customer service, to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and conferences to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

 Share best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of the sales team and processes.

 Market Intelligence:

 Qualifications

 Minimum 3&ndash;4 years of proven sales experience in e-commerce
 
 ,
 
 preferably in advertising, media, or digital marketing.
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in managing client accounts, conducting presentations, and closing deals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, online payment systems, and social media marketing.
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Fluent in English
 
 (spoken and written); Arabic language skills are an advantage
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.

 Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
