 To participate in the preparation, review &amp; approval of administrative budgets for division &amp; foreign offices, in addition to monitoring the implementation of project budget plans &amp; linking budgets with actual spending.

 To monitor accounts of receivables from funding agreements concluded by the division &amp; analyze these accounts by country &amp; project type.
 </li>
 <li>
 To supervise listing &amp; description of financial entries of Relief &amp; International Development Division.
 </li>
 <li>
 To review &amp; approve financial payments for foreign projects.
 </li>
 <li>
 To monitor completion of financial remittances with relevant units &amp; issuance of remittance reports.

Head of Foreign Offices Accounts Unit

 Job Responsibilities

 <li>
 To supervise the development of QRCS's resource development strategies, set department's general annual/interim plans &amp; monitor implementation upon approval.
 </li>
 <li>
 To participate in the development of relevant policies, procedures &amp; regulations.
 </li>
 <li>
 To supervise the development of QRCS's basic, direct, long-term &amp; support revenues, for the purpose of supporting QRCS's humanitarian programs/projects through various means of fundraising directed to all donors, companies, government bodies &amp; donor organizations.
 </li>
 <li>
 To supervise the preparation &amp; implementation of fundraising campaigns &amp; participations in exhibitions, celebrations &amp; public events, in coordination with Media &amp; Marketing Department &amp; relevant divisions, for the purpose of promoting QRCS &amp; supporting its humanitarian programs/projects.

 To strengthen relations with various social groups in Qatar, especially QRCS's clients, maintain data of donors, supporting/donor organizations &amp; funding partners, keep in touch with them &amp; inform them of results of their contributions &amp; reports of projects they support, for the purpose of maintaining their contributions &amp; support for QRCS &amp; its humanitarian mission.
 </li>
 <li>
 To have close communications with other QRCS divisions/departments seeking to develop QRCS's financial resources &amp; coordinate with them in a positive way that ensures maximum benefit of available efforts.
 </li>
 <li>
 To enhance sources of funding through in-kind donations, establish mechanisms for collection at QRCS or locations specified by donors &amp; handle them in accordance with policies/procedures regulating such type of donations.
 </li>
 <li>
 To keep up to date about all legislative &amp; ethical practices related to fundraising; ensure that all partnerships &amp; resource development activities are carried out within legal boundaries &amp; follow regulating policies, processes &amp; procedures; identify all risks of partnership operations &amp; attraction of institutional donations; manage these risks; &amp; make sure their impacts are avoided or minimized.
 </li>
 <li>
 To submit regular reports on progress of department &amp; campaigns, achievements made during reporting period, obstacles &amp; challenges arising, &amp; propose recommendations to overcome these obstacles/challenges.

Director of Resource Development Department (Qatarization)

 To identify potential risks facing QRCS at all its structural levels &amp; during the implementation of its operations/programs, analyze &amp; assess them in terms of their likelihood &amp; impact, determine priorities for dealing with them &amp; the concerned units at QRCS, &amp; update risk register accordingly.

 To propose an acceptable level of risk based on the results of risk analysis/assessment, magnitude, priorities for dealing with them, &amp; QRCS&rsquo;s related resources &amp; potential.
