 We, at Qatari Diar, are looking for a passionate and creative Urban Planning &amp; Design professional; who would be leading and coordinating for urban and master planning and designing activities for local projects in Qatar.
 
 
 The Ideal candidate should be:
 
 <ol>
 <li>
 Qatari National with min. 6 years of experience in real estate master planning across asset classes with large developers.
 </li>
 <li>
 He/ she should be a bachelor's degree holder in either architecture, urban planning or urban design.
 </li>
 <li>
 He/ she should have high level understanding of govt. processes, policy development &amp; analysis related to land use planning, land management and town planning requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Should have knowledge of city ordinances, rules and regulations regarding land use, zoning, permits etc.
 </li>
 </ol>
 
 
 
 
 
 Roles &amp; Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Provide
 
 planning guidance
 
 regarding
 
 masterplan, design guidelines, and project development.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Create and update the design guidelines and
 
 building regulations
 
 for Lusail&rsquo;s districts that best meet masterplan&rsquo;s vision.
 </li>
 <li>
 Create and update the
 
 parcel plans
 
 for individual plots that best meet masterplan&rsquo;s vision.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare studies, reports, and recommendations on existing patterns of urban policy and its impact on market trends.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide the required information and support regarding the
 
 cadastral survey works
 
 which aimed to establish or re-establish property boundaries.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead the correspondences and communications for the requests of; land adjustment, modification on plot access, modification on utilities, &amp; GFA change.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide the technical support for Building Permit team to ensure that the submitted building designs are in line with the vision of Lusail masterplan.
 </li>
 <li>
 Managing day-to-day requests from Lusail&rsquo;s stakeholders (mega-developers, sub-developers, and consultants) regarding the projects&rsquo; development proposals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Create and update the guidelines for buildings&rsquo; signages and commercial activities for Lusail city in coordination with the concerned authorities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead the periodic survey for Lusail city and prepare the reports to investigate the violations of buildings&rsquo; signages &amp; commercial activities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Liaise with government authorities to enhance and streamline the services that provided by the department.
 </li>
 </ul>
