The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in asphalt pavement projects and a proven track record of delivering high-quality works in compliance with local standards.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Oversee asphalt paving operations and ensure adherence to approved specifications and project requirements</li><li>Review and approve method statements, material submittals, and asphalt mix designs</li><li>Monitor site activities, quality control testing, and project progress to maintain high standards</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and environmental requirements</li><li>Lead, mentor, and guide site engineers and technical staff to achieve project objectives</li><li>Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 10 years of asphalt/pavement engineering experience in Qatar</li><li>Strong expertise in asphalt pavement construction, supervision, and quality control</li><li>Comprehensive knowledge of QCS (Qatar Construction Specifications), QTCM (Qatar Traffic Control Manual), and MOTC standards</li><li>Proven experience in managing asphalt projects, ensuring compliance with local regulations and specifications</li><li>Excellent leadership, coordination, and reporting skills</li><li>Candidates currently based in Qatar with relevant local project experience are preferred</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Senior Pavement Engineer

We are seeking a highly experienced Asphalt Quality Control Engineer to join our Asphalt Division. The successful candidate will possess extensive hands-on experience in Qatar&rsquo;s asphalt sector and demonstrate strong expertise in local regulations, standards, and quality procedures.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Ensure full compliance with QCS, QTCM, and MOTC standards across all asphalt operations</li><li>Supervise and monitor asphalt plant quality control activities</li><li>Conduct and oversee site inspections, sampling, and testing works</li><li>Review, verify, and approve laboratory and field test results</li><li>Liaise with consultants, clients, and project teams to secure required approvals</li><li>Uphold and maintain the highest quality standards throughout production, laying, and compaction processes</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Civil Engineering</li><li>Minimum 8 years of Asphalt Quality Control experience within Qatar (mandatory)</li><li>Strong knowledge of QCS (Qatar Construction Specifications), QTCM (Qatar Traffic Control Manual), and MOTC standards</li><li>MMUP/UPDA certification (preferred)</li><li>Valid Qatar driving license (preferred)</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
