Position: Stakeholder EngineerLocation: Site BaseJob Details: To support and manage all stakeholder coordination and interface activities across project stages, ensuring timely permit approvals, compliance with authority requirements, and effective communication between the project team, consultants, and external governmental entities.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist in managing stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.</li><li>Act as a liaison between the project and external authorities (Ashghal, Kahramaa, MOI, Municipality, etc.) to secure timely approvals.</li><li>Prepare, submit, and follow up on all permit applications including:</li><li>Road Opening Permits (RO) via ASHGHAL (QPRO)</li><li>System Information Sheets (SIS) via KAHRAMAA</li><li>Dewatering, Haulage, Laydown Area, and Project Signboard Permits</li><li>Monitor and follow up on remarks via QPRO to ensure closure and permit issuance.</li><li>Draft and issue supporting letters and documentation for shared ROs and interface coordination.</li><li>Manage and renew authority approvals and permits from government and private entities (e.g., Kahramaa, MOI, Ashghal, Ooredoo, SPD, MOECC, CRA, QAF, Qatar Rail, Qatar Energy).</li><li>Coordinate with the Safety Department and MOI for reporting and closing out safety incidents.</li><li>Maintain updated logs and trackers for all stakeholder-related activities and submissions.</li><li>Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and authorities to resolve site interface issues.</li><li>Oversee public encroachment matters and coordinate with property owners for clearances.</li><li>Ensure compliance with authority regulations and maintain records of NOCs, PTWs, TDPs, and related documents.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in civil engineering or related discipline.</li><li>3&ndash;6 years of experience in stakeholder or permit coordination in Qatar&rsquo;s construction/infrastructure projects.</li><li>Strong understanding of Ashghal (QPRO) and Kahramaa SIS systems.</li><li>Knowledge of authority regulations and approval procedures in Qatar.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and document management systems.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Stakeholder Engineer

Position : NurseLocation : Site BaseDuties &amp; Responsibilities:<ul><li>Administer first aid treatment and basic life support for injuries, illnesses, and accidents occurring on site.</li><li>Keep accurate, confidential, and up-to-date records of all medical cases, treatments, and medications dispensed.</li><li>Perform daily or scheduled health monitoring of workers, including temperature checks, blood pressure monitoring, and other basic health assessments.</li><li>Respond promptly to workplace incidents and assist in emergency medical evacuation procedures when required.</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked clinic, ensuring medical supplies and equipment are serviceable and within expiry dates.</li><li>Liaise with hospitals, clinics, and ambulance services for referrals, further treatment, or emergency transfers.</li><li>Conduct awareness sessions and toolbox talks on hygiene, hydration, heat stress prevention, and other health-related topics.</li><li>Support pre-employment, periodic, and return-to-work medical examinations in coordination with approved medical providers.</li><li>Collaborate with the HSE team in health-related programs such as heat stress campaigns, wellness checks, and vaccination drives.</li><li>Provide periodic reports to management on common site illnesses or injuries to help identify preventive measures.</li><li>Any other related duties assigned by the HOD to ensure the overall success of the business.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Position : Environmental ManagerLocation : Site BaseRoles and Responsibility :<ul><li>Oversee and monitor the implementation of the Construction Environmental Management Plan (CEMP) developed by an approved third-party consultant, ensuring full compliance with applicable regulatory standards and project-specific requirements.</li><li>Oversee site inspections to ensure compliance with environmental regulations, waste management procedures, and pollution control measures.</li><li>Liaise with Client environmental representatives, government agencies (e.g., MoECC), and consultants during audits and inspections</li><li>Ensure proper documentation of environmental permits, site monitoring results, and non-compliance reports.</li><li>Monitor and report on air quality, noise levels, soil contamination, and water discharge, ensuring results remain within approved limits.</li><li>Train site staff and subcontractors on environmental best practices, spill response, and sustainable construction methods.</li><li>Prepare environmental reports, logs, and compliance summaries for internal and external review.</li><li>Review and approve method statements, particularly those involving environmentally sensitive works (e.g., excavation, dewatering).</li><li>Lead the investigation and root cause analysis of environmental incidents and recommend corrective actions.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Position: Lifting Appointed PersonLocation: Site BaseExperience: 8 to 10 yearsQualifications &amp; Competency&sect; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or Higher National Diploma&sect; LEEA Certified Appointed Person&sect; Certified Lifting Supervisor&sect; Knowledge in Lifting plan&sect; Knowledge of lifting regulations and load chartsRoles and Responsibilities: &sect; Assess the proposed lift to identify the hazards and corresponding risks, provide for planning, selection of equipment, instruction and supervision to enable the work to be carried out safely.&sect; Ensure that all tests, inspections, examinations and maintenance have been carried out, and that there is a procedure for reporting defects and taking any necessary corrective action.&sect; Ensure that the crane supervisor is fully briefed on the relevant sections of the lift plan and contents of method statements.&sect; Have the authority to carry out their duties and to stop the operations if they think there is a danger.&sect; Ensure that lifting plan is prepared to manage all sorts of lifting operation at the workplace with reference to local and international standards.&sect; Coordinating and supervising all lifting activities in accordance with the lifting plan.&sect; Lifting appointed person will determine the appropriate type of hoist required, based upon criteria and information on the intended usage of hoist provided by the users.&sect; Ensuring that only registered crane operators, appointed riggers and appointed signal man participate in any lifting operation.&sect; Ensure lifting equipment and accessories are suitable for the task and have adequate strength and stable in use.&sect; Lifting appointed Person assesses lifts and classifies as either standard or complex.&sect; Lifting appointed person interfaces with specialist&rsquo;s engineers, designers, temporary works coordinator to assess options and limitations.&sect; Lifting appointed person prepares, reviews Lift Plan and ensures permits in place. NB additional permit required for multi positions.&sect; Ensure the crane and lifting gears Logs are being maintained and all fitness certificates records and maintained and retained.&sect; Ensure competency log of all lifting team are maintained and renew at when due.&sect; Ensure 3rd party inspection and internal periodic inspection of the cranes and lifting gears are being maintained and established in the lifting plan.&sect; Ensuring ground conditions are safe for any lifting operation.&sect; Lifting appointed persons should be present during the critical lifting operation.&sect; Ensure adequate safety measures taken for lifting operation and &lsquo;Permit to Work&rsquo; is obtained prior commencing of the activity.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
