 Position Overview:
 
 
 
 We are seeking a highly organized, efficient, and proactive Executive Secretary to provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the department. The role focuses on ensuring smooth daily operations, managing documentation, coordinating communication, and supporting management with high-quality administrative assistance.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities

 Provide administrative and clerical support to the department and management team.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, memos, and internal communications.

 Maintain and update filing systems, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and proper document control.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare, format, and edit reports, presentations, and general documentation as required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Organize departmental activities, meetings, and follow-ups, ensuring timely coordination.

 Coordinate communication between internal departments and external stakeholders as needed.

 Track deadlines and ensure timely submission of required documents and reports.

 Qualifications

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in administration, Business, or a related field.

 Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Secretary or in a similar administrative role.
 </li>

 Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.

 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
 </li>

 Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
 </li>

 Job Summary:
 
 
 
 We are looking for an experienced and results-driven
 
 Contracts / Commercial Manager
 
 to oversee the full contract lifecycle across multiple infrastructure projects. This role involves managing contract administration, claims, payments, and commercial strategy, while ensuring compliance and reducing risks. You will work closely with project teams, clients, and stakeholders to support successful project delivery and protect the company&rsquo;s interests.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Contract Management:
 
 Take ownership of managing and administering contracts across multiple large-scale project sites, ensuring that all contractual terms, obligations, and deliverables are met.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Contractual Correspondence:
 
 Draft, review, and respond to formal contractual communications to protect the company&rsquo;s position and ensure accurate, timely communication.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Risk Management:
 
 Identify potential risks in contracts and project execution, develop mitigation strategies, and provide proactive advice to reduce exposure to claims or disputes.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Claims &amp; Variations:
 
 Oversee the preparation and negotiation of claims, variations, and time extension requests, ensuring all submissions are well-supported and aligned with contractual rights.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Contractual Compliance:
 
 Ensure that all project operations comply with the terms of the contract, local regulations, and internal company policies &mdash; including obtaining approvals from clients or authorities when required.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Dispute Resolution:
 
 Assist in managing and resolving disputes, whether through negotiation, mediation, or formal dispute resolution mechanisms, to avoid costly escalations and maintain project momentum.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Stakeholder Coordination:
 
 Work closely with internal teams, subcontractors, consultants, and clients to align on commercial and contractual matters and maintain strong working relationships.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Team Leadership:
 
 Guide and support contract administrators and commercial staff across project sites, encouraging best practices and continuous improvement in contract management.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Cost-Plus Contract Experience:
 
 Prior experience in administering Cost-Plus Contracts is highly desirable &mdash; especially the ability to manage cost tracking, payment mechanisms, and ensure transparency in reimbursable works.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications &amp; Experience:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
 </li>
 <li>
 Chartered membership or equivalent professional certification (e.g., MRICS, MCIOB, CIArb) is highly preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum of 15 years&rsquo; experience in contracts and commercial management, ideally on multi-site, large-scale infrastructure projects.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Hands-on experience with major roads, infrastructure, and drainage projects is essential.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience working with the Public Works Authority (PWA / Ashghal) is a strong advantage.
 </li>
 <li>
 Solid understanding of Cost-Plus, Lump Sum, and other common construction contract types.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Skills &amp; Attributes:

 Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
 </li>

 In-depth knowledge of construction laws, industry standards, and best practices in Qatar.

 Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
 </li>
