Health &amp; Safety Management<ul><li>Implement and maintain HSE management systems in line with company policies, Qatar laws, and international standards (ISO 45001, ISO 14001).</li><li>Conduct risk assessments, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and Hazard Identification (HAZID) for plant operations.</li><li>Monitor handling, storage, and disposal of hazardous chemicals, raw materials, and finished products.</li><li>Ensure compliance with Qatar Energy (QP/QatarEnergy) HSE requirements, where applicable.</li></ul>Plant &amp; Process Safety<ul><li>Monitor safe operation of chemical reactors, storage tanks, pipelines, blending units, and utilities.</li><li>Ensure proper implementation of Permit to Work (PTW) systems (hot work, confined space, work at height).</li><li>Support Process Safety Management (PSM) including HAZOP participation and control measures.</li><li>Verify use of correct PPE and safety equipment across all plant areas.</li></ul>Training &amp; Awareness<ul><li>Conduct HSE induction and toolbox talks for employees, contractors, and visitors.</li><li>Provide training on chemical safety, MSDS/SDS, spill response, fire safety, and emergency procedures.</li><li>Promote safety culture and continuous improvement in HSE performance.</li></ul>Inspection, Audit &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Carry out daily site inspections, safety audits, and compliance checks.</li><li>Report unsafe acts/conditions and ensure corrective actions are implemented.</li><li>Coordinate with Qatar Civil Defence (QCDD) and regulatory authorities for inspections and approvals.</li><li>Maintain HSE documentation, records, permits, and reports.</li></ul>Incident &amp; Emergency Management<ul><li>Investigate accidents, near misses, chemical spills, and fire incidents.</li><li>Prepare incident reports and recommend preventive measures.</li><li>Assist in emergency response planning, drills, and evacuation exercises.</li><li>Act as first responder during emergencies until higher authorities arrive.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR4,000.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Chemical Plant, Detergent, Petrochemical, Industrial: 5 years (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li> ENGLISH ,ARABIC (Preferred)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>Chemical / Industrial / Mechanical Engineering (Required)</li><li>NEBOSH /IGC /IOSH/OSHA &amp; QATAR CIVIL DEFENSE , QE &amp; QP rules (Preferred)</li></ul>
