Lab Technician &mdash; QHT Clinic, GurgaonLocation:Gurgaon, Haryana, IndiaEmployment Type:Full-Time, On-SiteJob Summary:We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lab Technician to support our clinical and diagnostic operations at QHT Clinic, a leading hair transplant &amp; restoration centre. The Lab Technician will be responsible for handling laboratory procedures, processing biological samples, maintaining equipment &amp; records, and assisting clinical staff to ensure accurate and efficient patient care.Key Responsibilities:Clinical &amp; Laboratory Duties<ul><li>Perform routine laboratory tests and procedures as per clinic protocols.</li><li>Prepare, collect, label, and process biological samples (blood, tissue, fluids) accurately.</li><li>Operate, calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot lab instruments and equipment (centrifuges, microscopes, analyzers).</li><li>Follow safety, hygiene, and bio-hazard waste management protocols within the lab area.</li><li>Ensure quality control and integrity of test results through standardized procedures.</li></ul>Documentation &amp; Records<ul><li>Maintain accurate logs and records of all tests, samples, and reports</li><li>Prepare and hand over lab reports to doctors/clinical team on time.</li><li>Maintain inventory of lab reagents, consumables, and supplies; initiate restocking requests as needed.</li></ul>Clinical Support<ul><li>Assist doctors, nurses, and technicians during diagnostic procedures when required.</li><li>Support patient sample collection with professionalism and patient safety.</li><li>Ensure confidentiality of patient data and results.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:Educational Requirements<ul><li>Diploma or Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT/BMLT), B.Sc in Life Sciences / Medical Lab Technology, or equivalent.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Minimum 1&ndash;3 years experience in a clinical/diagnostic laboratory environment preferred</li></ul>Technical Skills<ul><li>Strong knowledge of laboratory safety protocols and infection control.</li><li>Ability to accurately handle and process samples, reagents, and lab tests.</li><li>Proficiency in operating, maintaining, and calibrating lab equipment.</li></ul>Soft Skills<ul><li>Attention to detail with high accuracy in documentation and results.</li><li>Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.</li><li>Strong organizational skills and time management.</li></ul>Working Conditions:<ul><li>Full-time, clinical environment with adherence to hygiene and safety standards.(</li><li>May involve handling biological specimens and clinical instruments.</li></ul>Salary:Competitive salary based on experience and clinic norms.Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹9,140.02 - ₹25,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>current salary , Notice period &amp; expected salary </li></ul>Work Location: In person
