Full Job DescriptionA Boutique Law Firm is seeking a Bilingual (Chinese and English) Real Estate Associate who will focus on bank attorney and real estate transactions. Prior Experience is a plus.Responsibilities for the Associate include but are not limited to:&middot; Responsible for various aspects of residential &amp; commercial real estate transactions&middot; Contract drafting, review and negotiation&middot; Title review and clearance&middot; Landlord Tenant dispute negotiations&middot; Housing Court appearances&middot; Commercial lease review and negotiation&middot; Training will be providedRequirements for the Associate include:&middot; Bilingual Chinese and English required&middot; Buy/sell transactional experience or Housing Court appearances in New York are strongly preferred&middot; Admission, in good standing or admission expected to New York State bar&middot; Exceptional organization, writing and communication skills&middot; Good organizational skills; detail-oriented.
