 Job Description
 
 
 
 As a Quality Control Inspector, you'll be reporting to an Operations Manager and working as a part of our Operations team. At QIMA, the role of Operations is to deliver our industry-leading services to our clients while ensuring that all the work is performed to the QIMA standard of quality. Your role in this will be to:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Check email daily in order to receive inspection documents and guidelines;
 </li>
 <li>
 Attend inspections on time and communicate with supplier in a professional way;
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform the inspection of the merchandise according with company procedures. Supervise the stuffing of the containers according with company procedures;
 </li>
 <li>
 Fulfill inspection reports according with company procedures and time lines.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 The ideal candidate may be
 
 based in Turkey
 
 , close to the Bulgarian border,
 
 provided they hold Bulgarian or Greek citizenship
 
 to enable legal work in Bulgaria as the position is in Bulgaria.
 
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 
 Think you have what it takes? First of all, we want someone with:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Experience in quality management, especially softlines/ garments/ textiles/ footwear (2 years or more);
 </li>
 <li>
 Bulgarian or Greek passport (mandatory)
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of AQL standards, as well as relevant safety and quality regulations;
 </li>
 <li>
 Good command of English (spoken and written);
 </li>
 <li>
 Great attention to detail and strong professional ethics.

 Job Description
 
 
 
 You will be expected to:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Audit the manufacturing sites of our clients&rsquo; suppliers, sometimes without warning. Your areas of attention will include labor rights, health and safety, environmental security, and others, according to the applicable international standard or the client&rsquo;s in-house procedure
 </li>
 <li>
 Be alert to any violations, staying vigilant when dealing with factory management, and recording all your findings in detailed reports, to be delivered to the client
 </li>
 <li>
 Approach your job with utmost integrity, as your conduct during an audit can have lasting consequences for the supplier, factory staff, and our clients
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 We May Also Request You To
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Provide your expertise in client meetings, to create custom quality control procedures based on their specific requirements
 </li>
 <li>
 Contribute your ideas for improving the quality of our Operations projects

 Qualifications
 
 
 
 It could be you, if you have:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 A higher education degree in Engineering, Law, Economics, Social Sciences or a related major
 </li>
 <li>
 APSCA registered at CSCA level (Mandatory)
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of SA8000/ISO14001/ICTI/C-TPAT/WRAP/BSCI
 </li>
 <li>
 Work experience in 3rd party auditing
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in Environmental Audit
 </li>
 <li>
 SMETA/BSCI/SA8000/WRAP or mixed audits done in recent 12 months
 </li>
 <li>
 Have good command of English (spoken and written)
 </li>
 </ul>

 Job Description
 
 
 
 We are seeking a skilled and professional English Chinese Translator and Interpreter to collaborate closely with our team of Factory Auditors. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating effective communication between auditors and factory personnel through accurate translation and interpretation of written documents and verbal exchanges.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 Translation of Written Documents:
 
 Translate various written materials such as audit reports, technical documents, correspondence, and policies from English to Chinese and vice versa with precision and clarity.
 
 
 
 Interpretation in Audits:
 
 Accompany auditors during factory visits and provide real-time interpretation services during meetings, interviews, and discussions between auditors and factory staff.
 
 
 
 Language Support:
 
 Assist auditors in understanding Chinese language documents, regulations, and cultural nuances relevant to the audit process.
 
 
 
 Communication Liaison:
 
 Act as a bridge between English-speaking auditors and Chinese-speaking factory personnel to ensure smooth communication and understanding on both sides.
 
 
 
 Documentation:
 
 Maintain accurate records of translated documents and interpretation sessions for reference and reporting purposes.
 
 
 
 Cultural Sensitivity:
 
 Demonstrate sensitivity to cultural differences and maintain a professional demeanor while interacting with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
 
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 
 Proficiency in English and Chinese languages, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
 
 
 Proven experience in translation and interpretation, preferably in a corporate or industrial setting.
 
 
 Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with individuals from different cultural backgrounds.
 
 
 Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
 
 
 Bachelor's degree in Translation, Linguistics, or a related field is preferred.
