Position Overview:

We are looking for a mid military forces analyst to join our team at DIA.</div>
Responsibilities:
<div>
Produce all-source intelligence analysis on foreign militaries in a fast-paced environment. Maintain responsibility for daily production by authoring intelligence updates on worldwide defense issues and threat warnings. Use analytic tradecraft to research traffic, collaborate with other intelligence community analysts, and write concise summaries and slide decks for senior defense leaders. Leverage expertise in intelligence writing to create client-ready deadlines under strict deadlines and minimal supervision. Identify analytic gaps and shortfalls while maintaining situational awareness of dynamic client needs and global developments.</div>
Required Qualifications:
<ul><li>3+ years of experience in military capability analysis and creating, using, and maintaining MIDB records</li><li>
Knowledge of the INDOPACOM AOR and great power competition</li><li>
Knowledge of the IC and Combatant Command environment</li><li>
Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and formal or informal briefings</li><li>
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph, #QinetiqClearedJob</li><li>
HS diploma or GED and 7+ years of experience in an intelligence field, or Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience an intelligence field</li></ul>
Preferred Qualifications:

Position Overview:

Far Ridgeline Engagements, a QinetiQ US company, is seeking a Business Process Specialist to provide business analytic support to the Intelligence Community. The Business Process Specialist will use their expertise to analyze program performance and support process improvement.</div>
Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Supports process improvement through conducting analysis using internal program and external benchmark data.</li><li>
Determines areas of risk and improvement by developing / refining / monitoring metrics to create identification of and justification for improvements.</li><li>
Conducts statistical analysis to measure production, performance, and usage of services and products.</li><li>
Performs record keeping functions, ensuring all visualization and production activities such as visualization requests, product formatting, and dissemination are captured within the relevant database.</li><li>
Performs ad hoc and recurring business analytic support that includes, but is not limited to, business process mapping of intelligence-related activities, performance measures of intelligence&ndash;related activities, surveying stakeholders, statistical analysis of intelligence-related activities, and process improvement analysis.</li><li>
Supports development of standards by conducting analysis using existing SOPs and policies.</li><li>
Performs business analytic support.</li><li>
Identify business process improvements and document standards for functions related to development.</li><li>
Provide input to policies and procedures.</li><li>
Produce briefing and reference materials.</li><li>
Conduct briefings and attend staff-level meetings when requested.</li><li>
Assist in the development of knowledge management.</li><li>
Performs other job-related duties as assigned.</li></ul>
Required Qualifications:
<ul><li>Eight (8) years of experience related to the Business Process Specialist role with at least a portion of the experience within the last two (2) years.</li><li>
Current TS/SCI security clearance with the ability to obtain a Counterintelligence polygraph. #QinetiqClearedJob</li><li>
Comprehensive mission knowledge and skills that affirms completion of developmental training and experiences for the Business Process Specialist.</li><li>
Ability to guide teams in researching multifaceted or critical problems.</li><li>
Ability to work independently with minimal oversight and direction.</li><li>
Ability to communicate understanding from information that may be incomplete, indirect, highly complex, seemingly unrelated, and / or technically advanced.</li><li>
Demonstrates ability to collaborate and work with other IC members on information sharing, driving collection, and addressing analytic disputes and conflict resolution</li><li>
Ability to develop concise, insightful, and comprehensive products for defense intelligence.</li></ul>
Preferred Qualifications:
<ul><li>Desired to have a Masters Degree in an area related to the Business Process Specialist position.</li></ul>
