 The role
 
 
 
 
 We&rsquo;re seeking an Onboarding Executive to own and execute our operations strategy.
 
 
 
 
 You will be responsible for Onboarding new restaurants and training staff&rsquo;s
 
 
 
 
 This role requires a valid driver's license, You&rsquo;ll play a pivotal role in shaping qlub&rsquo;s expansion, working closely with our partners to deliver frictionless guest experiences and empower restaurants to thrive.
 
 
 
 
 What you&rsquo;ll be driving:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Create and maintain an onboarding schedule across your designated area/city and meet all timelines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide training to merchants&rsquo; staff on-site, via phone, virtual.
 </li>
 <li>
 Cultivate great relationships with your accounts.
 </li>
 <li>
 Mystery shop to ensure all venue staff are up to speed in their product knowledge and management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, &amp; Finance) to ensure client satisfaction.
 </li>
 <li>
 Create a great Merchant experience by answering any queries and/or managing requests.
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform tests of new features and integrations.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Relevant business degree;
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluent in English and Arabic both written and spoken is a must;
 </li>
 <li>
 Understanding of Excel and Google Sheets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong organizational and time management skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong entrepreneurial spirit - desire to build something big, hustle to get things done and have a measurable impact for your efforts.
