 Act as a primary contact point for QNB clients/nonclients. Answer incoming calls received, respond to inquiries, manage complaints, identify significant customer service problems, and provide general information.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Duties &amp; Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 
 
 1.Handle all customer inquiries &amp; requests.
 
 
 2. Identify and escalate issues to Team Leader
 
 
 3. Provide product and service information to clients. Cross sell products and services to clients &amp; nonclients according to Contact Center processes and set the needed appointments with concerned Network.
 
 
 4. Document all call information on the relevant systems.
 
 
 5. Send all customer inquiries, requests, appointments, &amp; referrals to the network &amp; related head office departments.
 
 
 6. Determine customers&rsquo; needs and achieve customer satisfaction.
 
 
 7. Answer &amp; process clients&rsquo; inquiries, requests &amp; complaints received according to Contact Center processes.
 
 
 8. Suggest ideas to enhance the service level offered to the clients.
 
 
 9. Handle campaigns if availability of queuing needs, for example (covering shortage, crisis, huge campaign, etc&hellip;.).
 
 
 10. Replace the Customer Service Team Leader in case of unavailability.
 
 
 11. Assist the Customer Service Team Leader in providing guidance &amp; advice to the team members.
 
 
 12. Ensure the correct functioning and implementation of the Permanent Supervision, Compliance and Money Laundering, Operational Risk, and Workplace Success Guidelines whenever and wherever possible.
 
 
 13. Adhere to QNB policies &amp; procedures in order to guarantee that QNB business is conducted in compliance with Local Laws, Internal Rules &amp; Regulations, as well as International Standards.

 Job Summary:
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsible for negotiating prices, deliveries, and conditions related to IT assets, consumables, supplies, maintenance &amp; supporting services in order to obtain favorable terms for QNB. In addition, placing IT Purchase Orders in accordance with QNB procedures.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Duties &amp; Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 1.Consolidate and review the approved IT purchase requisitions on Oracle, in accordance with established bank procedures.
 
 
 2. Compare received proposals from IT suppliers and evaluate them upon contract renewals to give recommendation whether to maintain the current supplier or establish contract with new one. 3. Research, identify and assess bank potential strategic vendors/suppliers commercial &amp; financial offers according to predefined qualitative and quantitative criteria in coordination with I-Procurement and Suppliers&rsquo; Registration team.
 
 
 4. Negotiate prices with the vendors/suppliers to reach for the optimum deals by attending meetings &amp; communicating through emails and signed documents.
 
 
 5. Process requests regarding IT assets (printers, PCs, scanners, etc.), consumables &amp; supplies (toners, ATM rolls, RAM, etc.), IT maintenance &amp; supporting services (software support, etc.).
 
 
 6. Collaborate with Tenders Management and Contracts Executives to decide on terms and conditions of IT products contracts or call for tender process.
 
 
 7. Prepare and issue the IT Purchase Orders to the selected suppliers/successful bidder, in accordance with the bank procedures.
 
 
 8. Process IT Purchase Orders through Oracle tool &amp; follow up on the delivery date &amp; time.
 
 
 9. Prepare comparison sheet between suppliers&rsquo; commercial offers in terms of price, terms &amp; conditions, specifications of the required service/product, in coordination with requesters regarding technical specifications.
 
 
 10. Maintain correspondence with vendors/suppliers on all matters related to purchasing.
 
 
 11. Follow up on deliveries and ensure their arrival on a timely manner; handle all complains that may arise concerning delivery and apply penalties if required.
 
 
 12. Receive invoices and all supporting documents related to IT products/services submitted by business lines and ensure that they are correct according to the established procedures &amp; checklist and deliver them to Billing Team to process payments.
 
 
 13. Follow up with Fixed Asset Tracking team in creating Bar Code ID for invoice processing related to IT assets.
 
 
 14. Request new item or new supplier definition on Oracle tool from I-Procurement and Suppliers&rsquo; Registration team.
 
 
 15. Participate in attending Tender Committees for selecting the most suitable supplier/bidder.
 
 
 16. Follow up on acquiring approval in releasing LGs from Head of IT Sourcing, in communication with I Procurement and Suppliers&rsquo; Registration team to process payments.
 
 
 17. Ensure the correct functioning and implementation of the Permanent Supervision, Compliance and Money Laundering, Operational Risk, and Workplace Success Guidelines whenever and wherever possible.
 
 
 18. Ensure the correct adoption of policies and procedures in order to guarantee that the bank business is conducted in compliance with Local Laws, Internal Rules and Regulations, as well as, International Standards

 2. Perform high-level due diligence on the client eligibility including dealing with other technical/environmental or legal consultants if needed (in house or external), requesting the required documents/reports, studying the reports/documents, site visits, client visit, etc.
 
 
 3. Assist in structuring the Facilities main terms and condition, Business plan construction.
 
 
 4. Assist in preparation of the Authorization to Proceed (ATP) Memos for required transactions.
 
 
 5. Assist in preparation of the credit proposal memo / file, supporting the Branch in fulfilling the required approvals and negotiating with risk (if required).
 
 
 6. Review the credit application and documentation related to project finance deals and support the Network/CIBD in preparation of the documentations and in assist in negotiation with legal consultant/other banks, etc. for the execution and booking process.
 
 
 7. Assist the Project Finance Manager in supporting the Network / CIBD in complex project finance transactions implementation and providing guidelines to Network/CIBD for proper monitoring the project completion/acquisition financing/other complicated transaction implementation.
 
 
 8. Ensure facilitating the execution and booking of project finance files to ensure implementation is meeting scheduled deadlines.
 
 
 9. Construct and establish Business Models and assist in negotiating with syndicate banks in case of acting as the Modeling Banks under the Syndicated Transactions.
