 QUALIFICATIONS
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 6 years using Active Directory and Exchange experience that includes designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise level Active Directory solutions
 </li>
 <li>
 Enhanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server 2016/2019/2022, Windows 10/11, Teams, TCP/IP Protocols, File Server and Group Policies
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide daily hardware and software support for servers, laptop and desktop computers, printers and identity cards
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow support dates and purchase necessary hardware, software or certificates
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in monitoring and optimizing the performance of On-Prem Microsoft Environment as well as implementing great backup and upgrade schedules
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding around backup and recovery technologies, Veeam is a plus
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of query, report and upgrade tools and practices such as SCCM or Manage Engine
 </li>
 <li>
 Virtualization techgolongies, vCenter ESXI is a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of Storage platforms(Hitachi, IBM, StoreOnce, Alletra, Exagrid)
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with database instalaltion(MySQL preffered), management and SQL querying
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with Linux distributions installation and configuration
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Zabbix, Octoxlabs, Solarwinds
 </li>
 <li>
 Troubleshooting of production issues, and provide 24x7 support for mission critical systems
 </li>
 <li>
 Work in a team with other System Administrators to triage and coordinate end-user tickets and mails
 </li>
 <li>
 Work with external vendors/consultants to diagnose complex problems and drive resolution
 </li>
 <li>
 Modernize Microsoft environments with best practices and new tools
 </li>
 <li>
 PowerShell experience is a huge plus
 </li>
 <li>
 Any Microsoft certification is a plus
 </li>
 <li>
 Good understanding of Banking Regulations in Turkey
 </li>
 <li>
 Basic knowledge about DevOps practices, containers and linux operating System
 </li>
