 Qualifications
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Engineering or IT-related major.
 </li>
 <li>
 3+ years experience in project management of software development projects, preferably in Finance or Investment industries,
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with internal customers and IT teams to coordinate the projects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experienced in the implementation of classical and agile project management methodologies and frameworks (Waterfall, Scrum, Kanban etc.) and software product development techniques (e.g. SDLC),
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands on experience with project management tools
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong planning, scheduling, coordination, communication and stakeholder management skills,
 </li>
 <li>
 Project management certification is a plus,
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities

 Manage software development and/or customization projects according to the milestones/deadlines
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and manage detailed project schedule and release plans using related tools,
 </li>
 <li>
 Own and manage the project plan throughout the project life cycle, manage the delivery of tasks and dependencies in accordance with the project plan,
 </li>
 <li>
 Communicate to the stakeholders of any identified risks/issues or project delays in a timely manner,
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead and perform change management activities when needed,
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage the customer contract and lead the third-party management processes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor project progress and prepare reports for stakeholders
 </li>
