About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Market Research Analyst to join our growing team. About the Role:We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Market Research Analyst with hands-on experience in CATI (Computer-Assisted Telephone Interviewing), CAWI (Computer-Assisted Web Interviewing), and Qualitative Interviews. The candidate will be responsible for executing research projects, collecting and analyzing data, and providing insights that support client strategies across various industries.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Research Execution: Conduct research using CATI and CAWI methodologies, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in data collection.</li><li>Qualitative Research: Perform in-depth interviews (IDIs), focus groups, and qualitative discussions to capture detailed consumer and market insights.</li><li>Survey Management: Assist in questionnaire design, programming, testing, and monitoring of survey execution.</li><li>Data Analysis: Clean, code, and analyze primary and secondary data to generate actionable insights.</li><li>Quality Control: Ensure data accuracy, adherence to project timelines, and compliance with GDPR/HIPAA or client-specific standards.</li><li>Reporting: Prepare clear and concise research reports, presentations, and dashboards summarizing findings.</li><li>Client Support: Collaborate with project managers and senior analysts to understand client objectives and deliver high-quality research outputs.</li><li>Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on market trends, consumer behavior, and best practices in research methodologies.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Market Research, Statistics, Business, Social Sciences, or a related field.</li><li>2&ndash;4 years of proven experience in CATI, CAWI, and qualitative interviewing techniques.</li><li>Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SPSS, or other statistical tools.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including interviewing and report writing.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects under tight deadlines.</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills to engage with respondents and team members.</li><li>Experience in research agencies or consulting firms is preferred.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;39,405.86 per monthWork Location: In person
