 Adding visual delights to UI via illustrations and animation via jitter.

 Awareness of the problems across the platforms and can suggest solutions.

 Take data-driven decisions wherever needed.
 </li>

 Collate user feedback from different mechanisms - survey forms/user calls.

 Requirements
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Ideally, 2 to 3 years of experience in both functional and beautiful designs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Good product thinking (and previously worked in a product-based org).
 </li>
 <li>
 Has a strong design portfolio.
 </li>
 <li>
 Asks the right questions, knows user data, and keeps different user segments in mind.
 </li>
 <li>
 Multidisciplinary thinking. Eg - motion design flow for better intros, using tools like - jitter/rive / lottie.
 </li>
 <li>
 AI in workflow.
 </li>
 <li>
 Bonus - Worked on dark and light modes, the design system.
 </li>
 <li>
 Bonus - Worked on gamification/personalisation flows.
 </li>
 <li>
 Has worked in a product-based startup for 3+ years.
 </li>
 <li>
 Enjoys solving complex product problems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Hunger to learn and grow.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong individual contributor, with a hint of leadership.
