Qorvo&rsquo;s <b>Global Sourcing Process Internships </b>are offered in our Global Operations business group. Specific projects and responsibilities will be determined based on the business needs at the time of the internship assignment.</p><br>
<p></p>
<p><b>
Responsibilities may include:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Analyzing global sourcing processes and documents for opportunities for improvement</li>
<li>Standardizing and automating workflows, creating work instructions to document learnings</li>
<li>Extracting, manipulating, and analyzing data to articulate a clear and concise interpretation</li>
<li>Interacting with project teams to submit timely deliverables and expand network of working relationships</li>
<li>Identifying and eliminating waste</li>
<li>Basic supplier interactions</li></ul><br>

<p><b>
Qualifications:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Currently pursuing a BS in Business Administration and/or Supply Chain</li>
<li>Minimum GPA of 3.0</li>
<li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)</li>
<li>Excellent interpersonal skills with articulate written and verbal communications</li>
<li>Initiative, drive, and internal motivation for success with minimal supervision</li>
<li>Positive attitude, eager and able to learn new skills with a keen eye for detail</li>
<li>Strategic vision, critical thinking, problem-solving skills</li></ul><br>

Competitive hourly pay commensurate with experience: </i><i>$25/hr - $34/hr</i><i> (subject to change dependent on physical location)</i></p>

Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. Qorvo reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as external competitiveness and internal comparability.</i></p>
