We are looking for a Purchase Manager who will be responsible for managing the procurement of materials and services for interior fit-out projects.Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Graduate or Diploma in Supply Chain Management / Procurement / Civil / Interior / Commerce.</li><li>4&ndash;5 years experience as Purchase Manager in interior or construction.</li><li>Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.</li><li>Familiarity with materials such as plywood, laminates, electrical items, tiles, sanitary, hardware, glass, ACP, lighting, and other accessories.</li><li>Good knowledge of procurement systems, Excel, and MIS reporting.</li><li>Strong communication, follow-up, and deadline management abilities.</li></ul>Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective purchasing of materials and services.</li><li>Identify and establish relationships with key suppliers and vendors in the interior fit-outs industry.</li><li>Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure advantageous terms.</li><li>Monitor and manage inventory levels to avoid interruptions in project timelines.</li><li>Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and emerging suppliers.</li><li>Collaborate with project managers and site teams to forecast material requirements.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations during the procurement process.</li><li>Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to purchase orders and deliveries.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
