 About the Role
 
 
 
 QpiAI India Limited is looking for a Technical Recruiter to support hiring across AI, Quantum Computing, Software, Hardware, Semiconductor, Embedded Systems, VLSI, and other deep-tech domains. The role involves partnering with hiring managers, identifying top talent, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process to support the company's growth objectives.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Eligibility Criteria (Strictly Mandatory)
 
 
 
 Candidates must possess a
 
 BE/BTech degree and an MBA qualification
 
 , along with
 
 1&ndash;4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition

 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding support.
 </li>
 <li>
 Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and other recruitment channels.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct initial candidate assessments and coordinate further evaluation with hiring teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Schedule and coordinate interviews with technical teams and leadership stakeholders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Drive hiring initiatives across Software, AI/ML, Hardware, Embedded Systems, Semiconductor, VLSI, Quantum Computing, Cloud, and related technology domains.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support employer branding, campus hiring, and talent engagement initiatives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor market trends and talent availability to support hiring strategies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in improving recruitment processes and achieving hiring targets within defined timelines.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 <ul>

 BE/BTech (Mandatory)
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 MBA in Human Resources or related specialization
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 1&ndash;4 years of experience in Technical Recruitment
 
 </li>
