Job Description Accountant cum Admin OfficerLocation: Qatar Reporting to: ManagementJob SummaryWe are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant cum Admin Officer to manage day-to-day administrative operations and handle complete accounting activities in Odoo ERP up to finalization. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth factory operations, accurate financial records, and compliance with company policies.Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting &amp; Finance (Odoo ERP)<ul><li>Maintain daily accounting entries in Odoo (Sales, Purchases, Expenses, Journals).</li><li>Handle Accounts Payable &amp; Receivable.</li><li>Prepare and post invoices, credit notes, and debit notes.</li><li>Manage bank and cash transactions, including bank reconciliation.</li><li>Maintain inventory accounting coordination with production/store.</li><li>Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.</li><li>Finalize accounts up to Trial Balance, P&amp;L, and Balance Sheet.</li><li>Support external auditors and provide required financial documents.</li><li>Ensure VAT compliance and filing (if applicable).</li></ul>Administration &amp; Operations<ul><li>Handle day-to-day office and factory administration.</li><li>Maintain employee records, attendance, and basic HR documentation.</li><li>Coordinate with suppliers, service providers, and government portals.</li><li>Prepare purchase requests, LPOs, and follow up on deliveries.</li><li>Maintain proper filing (physical &amp; digital) of contracts, invoices, and licenses.</li><li>Assist management with reports, data analysis, and operational tracking.</li><li>Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.</li><li>Minimum 3&ndash;5 years of experience in accounting and administration.</li><li>Strong hands-on experience with Odoo Accounting module (mandatory).</li><li>Experience in manufacturing or food industry is an advantage.</li><li>Good knowledge of accounting standards and local regulations.</li><li>Proficient in MS Excel and basic office software.</li><li>Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).</li><li>Ability to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines.</li></ul>Key Skills<ul><li>Odoo ERP (Accounting &amp; Operations)</li><li>Financial finalization &amp; reporting</li><li>Administration &amp; coordination</li><li>Inventory &amp; cost control</li><li>Attention to detail</li><li>Confidentiality &amp; integrity</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From QAR3,000.00 per month
