QSE7, a Pennsylvania-based consulting firm, is seeking a Power Platform Business Analyst to support a global pharmaceutical client at their Raritan, NJ facility. This is a hybrid role requiring 2&ndash;3 days onsite per week.We are looking for a consultant who combines strong project management, process improvement and Microsoft Power Platform technical skills.Job ResponsibilitiesAs a QSE7 Power Platform Developer, you will:<ul><li>Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint)</li><li>Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable technical solutions</li><li>Lead solution implementation efforts, including architecture design, configuration, testing, and deployment</li><li>Build and optimize canvas and model-driven apps, workflows, and data integrations</li><li>Develop automated workflows and integrations across systems using Power Automate and APIs</li><li>Create data models and dashboards using Power BI to support decision-making</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives</li><li>Ensure solutions meet regulatory, quality, and data integrity requirements (e.g., FDA-regulated environments)</li><li>Troubleshoot and enhance existing applications to improve performance and usability</li><li>Document technical designs, solution architecture, and user guides</li><li>Participate in client-facing discussions and provide clear, professional communication throughout project lifecycles</li></ul>Qualifications / Experience<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree (B.A. or B.S.) required</li><li>3&ndash;6 years of hands-on experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform</li><li>Strong expertise in:</li><li>Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven)</li><li>Power Automate (cloud flows, integrations)</li><li>SharePoint Online</li><li>Power BI</li><li>Experience laying out process maps</li><li>Visio</li><li>Experience with solution architecture and full lifecycle implementation</li><li>Familiarity with Dataverse, connectors, APIs, and system integrations</li><li>Experience working in life sciences, manufacturing, or other regulated environments strongly preferred</li><li>Strong understanding of data modeling and process automation</li><li>Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (client-facing role)</li><li>Ability to work independently in a remote consulting environment</li><li>Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail</li><li>Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt or higher preferred</li><li>Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe Agile certification preferred</li></ul>Location Requirement<ul><li>Must be based in the United States</li><li>Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.</li><li>Must be able to commute to Raritan, NJ 2-3 days per week.</li><li>Relocation is not being offered at this time.</li></ul>About QSE7Founded in 2016, QSE7 provides specialized IT and consulting services to FDA-regulated life sciences companies.
