<div>The Cloud Engineer I - OSC is primarily responsible for the support of internal and customer physical and virtual computing systems with a fundamental understanding of those specialties including any associated automation. The candidate must demonstrate the ability to successfully analyze and perform technical and process-based problem resolution with an emphasis on customer satisfaction. The candidate must be well versed in Cloud technologies and display a desire to continuously grow and improve both technical and soft skills.
This position is a part of the Operations Service Center, a 7 x 24 x 365 organization, which means the position requires shift work.
RESPONSIBILITIES, other duties may be assigned.<ul><li>
Be a part of a 24x7x365 Operations Service Center and be flexible in availability as needed</li><li>
Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of the assigned task(s), functional area(s) or project(s)</li><li>
Manage your assigned tickets to ensure SLA compliance and customer satisfaction</li><li>
Provide operational support in response to monitoring alerts and resolve incidents</li><li>
Respond quickly and effectively to production issues and take responsibility for seeing those issues through resolution</li><li>
Triage and escalate tickets according to QTS policy</li><li>
Deliver customer-focused support through phone calls and ticket-based communications</li><li>
Perform scheduled system maintenance activities including, hardware and software upgrades; software and application patching</li><li>
Support VMware ESXi and similar technologies on various hardware platforms</li></ul>
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience</li><li>
Three or more years of progressive IT engineering experience</li><li>
Experience with Linux and/or Windows OS, virtualization and hyperconverged technologies (such as VMware), and Active Directory/Exchange administration on an enterprise-level</li><li>
Experience with IT monitoring systems and proficient with monitoring, patching and coordinating data protection of assigned physical and virtual systems</li><li>
Proficient in basic network virtualization (NSX) firewall rule changes</li><li>
Competent understanding of High Availability technologies and clustering</li><li>
Competent understanding of various protocols/services such as SMTP, SNMP, SSL , SSH and DNS</li><li>
Competent understanding of basic networking technologies, concepts and the OSI mode</li><li>
US Citizenship for this position is required by law due to federal customer contracts.</li></ul>
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS<ul><li>
Two or more years of Systems Administration/Engineering experience, with a focus on virtualization</li><li>
Prior experience working in a Data Center environment</li><li>
Strong knowledge of Python, Ansible, PowerShell, and/or JavaScript/JSON/REST API</li><li>
One of more systems-focused certifications (VCP-DCV, MCSA/MCSE, RHSE/RHSA, etc.)</li></ul>

Who You Are:
The Legal Technology and AI Specialist will support the development, implementation and optimization of legal technology and AI-enabled solutions across the Legal team. This role partners with each Legal division, IT, and business stakeholders to improve workflows, increase efficiency, and scale legal service delivery. 
 
This position operates as an individual contributor within a defined career band and contributes to business outcomes through process improvement, solution delivery, technology enablement, and successful AI adoption and implementation. Success will be measured by increased adoption of legal technology and AI solutions, effective implementation of AI-enabled capabilities, improved cycle times, and quantifiable gains in operational efficiency and overall effectiveness.
The Legal Technology and Data Specialist will support the development, implementation and optimization of legal technology and AI-enabled solutions across the Legal team. This role partners with each Legal division, IT, and business stakeholders to improve workflows, increase efficiency, and scale legal service delivery.
What You Will Do:<ul><li>
Support implementation, configuration, and ongoing optimization of legal technology platforms and AI tools, including Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio.</li><li>
Develop and maintain AI-enabled workflows and Copilot agents in alignment with governance and security standards</li><li>
Translate business needs into requirements, process flows, and scalable solutions</li><li>
Identify and execute process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and consistency across legal operations</li><li>
Partner with cross-functional teams (Legal, IT, vendors) to support design, testing (UAT), deployment, and stabilization of solutions</li><li>
Support responsible AI practices, including data handling, access controls, and risk mitigation</li><li>
Develop and deliver training, playbooks, and enablement resources to support adoption and effective use of tools</li><li>
Track and report on adoption, usage, and performance metrics; recommend continuous improvements</li><li>
Evaluate emerging technologies and contribute to tool selection and implementation decisions</li></ul>
What You Will Need to be Successful:<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in information systems, computer science, business, or related field, or equivalent experience</li><li>
Experience supporting or implementing business applications in a professional, legal, or regulated environment</li><li>
Ability to translate business processes into workflows, requirements, and technical documentation</li><li>
Technical understanding of generative AI architectures, prompt engineering, and enterprise use cases.</li><li>
Working knowledge of generative AI concepts and practical applications</li><li>
Experience supporting solutions across the full project management lifecycle (planning, testing, implementation, rollout, support)</li><li>
Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot and/or Copilot Studio</li><li>

Legal Operations Specialist, Technology and AI

<div>The Data Center Interior Design Project Manager is primarily responsible for leading and managing consistent implementation of QTS Corporate Interior Standards across multiple projects. The Data Center Interior Design PM will interact on a daily basis with Furniture Dealers, Architects, Engineers, General Contractors, specialty vendors, QTS Development, and QTS Operations staff and should have both written and oral communication skills commensurate with this level of regular communication.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES includes the following. Other duties may be assigned.<ul><li>
Manage concurrent multi-phased interior and exterior start-up and upgrade projects (e.g. office) on several campuses to achieve schedule, budget, and quality standards in a predictable fashion</li><li>
Collaborate with QTS stakeholders, design, construction, and FF&amp;E consultants and vendors to implement the standardized corporate interiors program for new greenfield data center developments and renovations of existing facilities</li><li>
Write scopes of work and sketch concepts for design, construction, furniture, audio/visual, &amp; artistic services enabling procurement and project cost estimates; level pricing proposals and create executive-facing recommendations for award</li><li>
Support on-site activities, such as pre-installation verification, architectural punch walks, FF&amp;E install activities, and post-installation FF&amp;E punch walks; track punch issues for timely closeout</li><li>
Continuously maintain and improve interior standards documents &amp; materials library, including finishes, furniture, audio/visual, and artwork to provide predictable deliveries in a dynamic environment</li><li>
Create and communicate updates on interior design and construction status on a regular basis suitable for executive-level reviews; effectively present renderings, floor plans, schedule, cost, and quality data in a manner supporting efficient decision-making</li><li>
Ensure appropriate interior and architectural submittals are coordinated with vendors and internal stakeholders</li><li>
Support entitlement and permitting needs for exterior facades, signage, etc.</li><li>
Review and approve monthly invoices and pay applications</li><li>
Review change order requests from vendors and contractors and negotiate pricing, coordinating with Development PMs; collaborate with Development Capital team to source appropriate funding</li><li>
Collaborate with Sales Engineers and Product teams to aid in custom deal solutions for prospective clients&rsquo; large office design and construction</li><li>
Represent QTS interests as participant in design &amp; OAC weekly meetings (may lead weekly discussions, where applicable)</li><li>
Work with the internal Development team to enhance project management processes and protocols</li><li>
Create &amp; build relationships that enhance QTS&rsquo;s ability to be the leader in creating the World&rsquo;s Most Valuable Data Center Real Estate</li></ul>
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Interior Design, Engineering or equivalent professional experience</li><li>
Three or more years of professional experience in commercial construction/interior design practices and procedures, and project delivery methods from conceptual development through procurement to close out</li><li>
Experience with Bluebeam &amp; Microsoft Office suite, specifically PowerPoint for use in communicating program updates to executive level</li><li>
Revit and AutoCAD experience preferred</li><li>
Travel estimated at 50%</li></ul>
