<div>Our Supervisor, Calibration plays a vital role within our organization. Once you complete our training, your responsibilities will include the daily coordination and oversight of the Quva Calibration Program. This role serves as the technical subject matter expert (SME) for all calibrated equipment at the Quva facility and provides day-to-day supervision of calibration staff. Your attention to detail and adherence to precise procedures will guarantee that our medications meet the highest standards of safety, efficacy, and quality, providing patients with the best possible care and outcomes.  What the Supervisor, Calibration Does Each Day:
<ul>
<li>Provide overall leadership and supervision of the site calibration program and calibration staff</li>
<li>Manage all calibration and calibrated equipment maintenance activities</li>
<li>Perform and/or oversee verification, qualification, calibration, and maintenance of laboratory equipment and instruments</li>
<li>Continuously evaluate calibration practices and calibrated equipment maintenance</li>
<li>Manage the preventive maintenance program for all calibrated equipment</li>
<li>Minimize calibrated equipment downtime by tracking, trending, and reporting key performance metrics</li>
<li>Adjust, repair, and troubleshoot instruments</li>
<li>Coordinate instrument calibration, certification, and re-certification with external standards laboratories</li>
<li>Serve as the technical subject matter expert for calibration-related issues</li>
</ul>

Minimum Requirements for this Role:
<ul>
<li>Associate&rsquo;s degree required; bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred</li>
<li>5+ years overall in calibration/metrology instrumentation&mdash;ideally in pharmaceutical or other regulated manufacturing</li>
<li>18+ years of age</li>
<li>Able to successfully complete a drug and background check</li>
<li>Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; Quva is not able to sponsor applicants for work visas</li>
</ul>
Any of the Following Will Give You an Edge:
<ul>
<li>3 years leading teams, training technicians, or coordinating schedules and projects</li>
<li>Experience with Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), documentation controls, and audit readiness is highly valued</li>
<li>Proficiency in calibrating instruments used in pharma manufacturing&mdash;such as: Pressure, temperature, flow, level, pH transmitters; Electrica instruments (multimeters, oscilloscopes, signal generators)</li>

<li>The base compensation for this role is estimated to be within the range described below. The compensation offered may vary depending on relevant factors such as experience, skills, training, education, certifications, geographic location, and market conditions</li>
<li>Range: $74,766 - $102,817 Annually</li>
