From security systems to backup power and communications networks, our work keeps organizations secure, connected, and operational.<br>
We&rsquo;re looking for an Office Manager who thrives on organization, accountability, and follow-through. In this role, you&rsquo;ll be the central hub of our operations&mdash;keeping communication clear, documentation clean, and projects moving forward. You&rsquo;ll work directly with leadership and field teams to create structure, consistency, and reliability across the business.<br>
</div><div>What You&rsquo;ll Do</div>
<ul><li>Build and maintain office systems, SOPs, and digital filing structure</li>
<li>Manage project documentation (RFIs, COIs, submittals, permits, change orders)</li>
<li>Coordinate vendors, purchase orders, and compliance documentation</li>
<li>Support billing, timesheets, expense tracking, and bookkeeping coordination</li>
<li>Act as the communication link between leadership, field teams, and vendors</li>
</ul><div>What We&rsquo;re Looking For</div>
<ul><li>6+ years in construction office admin, project coordination, or operations</li>
<li>Strong understanding of construction documentation workflows</li>
<li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office + Teams / SharePoint / OneDrive</li>
<li>Experience with Procore / PlanGrid / Buildertrend is a plus</li>
<li>Highly organized, proactive, and able to self-manage remotely</li></ul><br>
