Job Description 
Content Marketing Manager 
Join Parcel Pending&rsquo;s dynamic marketing team as a Content Marketing Manager, reporting to the VP of Marketing. In this role, you&rsquo;ll lead strategic content initiatives that drive brand awareness, engage target audiences, and support sales growth.
Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
Develop Content Strategy: Create data-informed plans aligned with business goals and audience needs, including keyword and gap analysis.</li><li>
Create &amp; Curate Content: Produce and manage diverse formats&mdash;blogs, videos, infographics, ebooks&mdash;through hands-on creation or collaboration with internal and external contributors.</li><li>
Optimize for Visibility: Apply SEO best practices and adapt content for social media to maximize reach and engagement.</li><li>
Manage Distribution: Use CMS tools (e.g., WordPress) to publish and distribute content across web, email, and social platforms.</li><li>
Analyze Performance: Monitor KPIs such as traffic, engagement, and conversions to refine strategies.</li><li>
Ensure Brand Consistency: Maintain a unified voice and style across all content.</li><li>
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with teams across marketing, sales, and product to align messaging and goals.</li><li>
Leverage AI Tools: Identify and integrate AI solutions to enhance content creation, personalization, and efficiency.</li><li>
Refine AI-Generated Content: Edit and adapt AI outputs to ensure accuracy and brand alignment.</li></ul> 

Qualifications 
<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in marketing or related field preferred</li><li>
5+ years of experience in content marketing</li><li>
Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills</li><li>
Strong grasp of SEO and content optimization</li><li>
Experience with CMS platforms and analytics tools</li><li>
Collaborative mindset with project management skills</li><li>
Analytical thinker with a creative approach</li><li>
Familiarity with AI tools for content ideation and execution</li></ul>
