 As a Sales and Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and nurturing relationships with our key clients. As part of our team in Kuwait, you'll work in an ONSITE environment, collaborating closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders. Your ability to manage government clients and navigate a bilingual setting (English/Arabic) will be crucial to your success in this dynamic and challenging market.
 
 
 
 Responsibilities

 Prepare proposals, conduct presentations, and negotiate contracts to close sales deals.

 Work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and product teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through effective communication and follow-up.
 </li>

 Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 Must have requirements
 
 
 <ul>

 Over 2 years of experience in sales and business development roles.
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated experience working with government clients.
 </li>
 <li>
 Bilingual: fluent in both English and Arabic (spoken and written).
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
