Position Accountabilities:</b></div><div>
The Global Partner Management and Integration Platforms provides customer solutions and standards to enable customer success. For our team Integration Operation we search for a technical consultant for our API / EDI platforms.</div><div><b>
Key Outcomes:</b></div><ul><li>
Application management for our Integration platforms (Axway - B2Bi)</li><li>
Support of the API / EDI team in customer connection projects</li></ul><div>
</div><div><b>
Tasks</b>:</div><ul><li>
Technical application monitoring, system analysis and continuous technical optimization of our global API and B2Bi platforms</li><li>
Secure daily operation of the platforms
</li><li>Communication and provider management of our infrastructure- and hosting partner (e. g. Firewall settings, system environment changes)</li><li>
Implementation of the technical communication layer between customers
</li><li>Communication with internal and external customers and other parties involved</li><li>
Creation and implementation of concepts in regard to business continuity</li></ul><div>

Requirements:</b></div><div>
To be successful in the above role, the incumbent should possess/ display the following key skills/ attributes:</div><ul><li>
Graduate degree in Computer Science or relevant apprenticeship</li><li>
4 &ndash; 6 years working experiences</li><li>
Detailed, practical API / EDI knowledge, especially in the field of technical communication protocols (AS2, (s)FTP(s), http(s) , MQ, JMS, etc.), handling of certificates and data interchange formats</li><li>
Experiences with standard API / EDI integration platform solutions</li><li>
Deep technical understanding, LINUX operating system knowledge and a programming language</li><li>
Understanding and experience of cloud technologies
</li><li>Knowledge of cloud native technologies such as Kubernetes beneficial</li><li>
Competence in both analytical / conceptual and hands-on practice</li><li>
Ability to work independently and thoroughly</li><li>
Fluent English</li><li>
Customer and service orientation</li></ul></div>
