Quadrantech is hiring a <b>Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer</b> with strong technical, analytical, and integration skills to support complex marketing automation across multiple business units. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in SFMC development, API integrations, SQL, AMPscript, and Marketing Cloud Personalization (MCP).</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Key Responsibilities:</b></div><ul><li>
Develop and maintain marketing automation in <b>SFMC</b> (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, and MobileConnect).</li><li>
Build and optimize <b>email and mobile campaigns</b> using <b>AMPscript</b> and <b>SQL</b> for dynamic personalization and segmentation.</li><li><b>
Integrate SFMC with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and troubleshoot data sync or automation issues.</b></li><li>
Configure and manage <b>MobileConnect</b>, ensuring opt-in/opt-out compliance and integration with third-party tools.</li><li>
Create and enhance <b>Marketing Cloud Personalization (MCP)</b> campaigns for real-time engagement.</li><li>
Monitor <b>email deliverability</b>, resolve technical issues, and maintain data hygiene across extensions and SendLogs.</li><li>
Maintain accurate <b>technical documentation</b> for integrations, automations, and workflows.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:</b></div><ul><li>
Hands-on experience with <b>SFMC tools</b>, <b>AMPscript</b>, <b>SQL</b>, and <b>API integrations (REST/SOAP)</b>.</li><li>
Experience in<b> MCP and MobileConnect </b>configuration and optimization.</li><li><b>
Hands-on experience integrating SFMC with external systems and platforms</b></li><li>
Strong problem-solving and debugging abilities within complex SFMC setups.</li><li>
Understanding of <b>email compliance</b> (GDPR, CAN-SPAM) and deliverability best practices.</li><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
Preferred:</b> Salesforce certifications (Marketing Cloud Developer, Email Specialist) and experience with Osano or consent management tools.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Soft Skills:</b></div><div>
Strong technical problem-solving and analytical mindset.</div><div>
Excellent collaboration and communication skills.</div><div>
