Job Summary
The Sr Culture and Engagement Partner is responsible for creating and supporting the strategies, processes and programs that foster employee engagement and enable the organization&rsquo;s efforts to achieve our 2030 Human Capital goals related to the Human Capital pillar&rsquo;s key outcomes:

This role directs the HR initiatives related to employee engagement, inclusion and belonging, working environment, desired culture, core values, employee recognition, and volunteer and philanthropic activities.
Accountabilities:
Belonging
<ul><li>Review current practices and policies, assessing and investigating the extent to which they support or hinder the company&rsquo;s belonging goals. Develops programs designed to foster an inclusive work environment for all.</li>
<li>Work with Learning to develop or acquire training to aid belonging and retention initiatives.</li>
<li>Maintain knowledge of diversity-related issues, legislation, and best practices.</li>
<li>Provide training and policy updates to colleagues, ensuring legal compliance for leaders, HR and staff.</li>
<li>Maintain and update frameworks for the creation and ongoing management of Colleague Resource Groups.</li>
</ul>
Engagement and Culture
<ul><li>Research, recommend, develop and execute employee lifecycle surveys.</li>
<li>Manage survey results reporting and action planning processes to address opportunities</li>
<li>Activate processes to monitor organizational health and employee engagement and design strategies and action plans to improve where indicated.</li>
</ul>
Human Capital
<ul><li>Manage and promote organizational giving programs. &middot; Provide overall programmatic support for the Human Capital elements of Quaker Houghton&rsquo;s Sustainability program to include presentation development, reporting, sub-team leadership, etc.</li>
<li>Develop and promote values-motivated initiatives linked to organizational objectives.</li>
<li>Source, organize and deliver programs that encourage employees to volunteer and serve their communities.</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with HR leaders and Talent and Learning teams as well as business leaders to ensure programs and processes are integrated into the overall HR strategic plans.</li>
</ul>
Education and Experience:
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources or related field (essential).</li>
<li>At least 5 years&rsquo; Human Resources or related experience, with at least three years&rsquo; experience in working with diversity programs.</li>
<li>Prior experience guiding engagement activities preferred.</li>
<li>Experience in global organizations undergoing large scale transformations, merger integrations, business processes and technology changes.</li>
<li>Ability to translate HR strategy and goals into actionable, practical programs accessible to all levels</li>
<li>Strong project management, results orientation, execution and problem-solving skills.</li>
<li>Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.</li>
<li>Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.</li>
<li>Strong collaboration and partnering skills and ability to inspire and influence others</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills including proven dispute resolution skills.</li>
<li>Excellent group facilitation, training, coaching, and presentation skills.</li>
<li>Strong digital literacy with current technology platforms and Office applications.</li>
