<div><ul><li>3-5 years of FP&amp;A experience</li></ul>
<ul><li>Prior Experience in an FP&amp;A role a must with experience in reporting, Budgeting and Financial Modeling.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Confident communicator with experience partnering with and managing stakeholders at various levels.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Experienced with data analysis and ability to articulate financials into commercial storytelling.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Must have a strong understanding of the P&amp;L, balance sheet, and cash flow, and how they interact with each other.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Excellent financial modelling and advanced Excel skills.</li></ul><br>

<b>Job Description:
</b></div><div><b>Key responsibilities:</b></div>
<ul><li>Deliver insightful executive commentary that goes beyond the numbers, connecting financial performance to the underlying commercial story.</li>
<li>Own the consolidated weekly forecast process, challenging assumptions, identifying risks and opportunities, and ensuring timely delivery of accurate financial projections to senior management.</li>
<li>Support long-term planning, scenario modelling and sensitivity analysis to evaluate strategic options and investment decisions.</li>
<li>Prepare group-wide budgeting and reforecasting cycles, ensuring outputs are robust and aligned to strategic objectives.</li>
<li>Support the production of board, lender and investor reporting, ensuring materials are accurate, insightful and clearly articulate business performance.</li>
<li>Support on cash flow, working capital and liquidity planning.</li>
<li>Deliver timely actuals versus budget reporting, supported by detailed variance analysis and clear explanation of underlying performance drivers.</li>
<li>Lead monthly management reporting process, delivering concise commentary on financial results, forecast movements and key operational drivers.</li>
<li>Work closely with operational, sales and commercial teams to understand performance drivers, evaluate initiatives and support key decisions.</li>
<li>Act as a trusted finance business partner to c-suite stakeholders, translating financial data into clear commercial insight to support strategic decision-making.</li>
<li>Partner with data and systems teams to enhance BI capabilities and improve dashboard reporting.</li>
<li>Drive standardization, automation and continuous improvement across planning and reporting to enhance efficiency, control and scalability.</li><br>
</ul><div></div><div><b>What we&rsquo;re looking for:</b></div>
<ul><li>Finance professional with strong FP&amp;A experience (3&ndash;5+ years).</li>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; MBA/CFA/CPA a plus.</li>
<li>Experience leading end-to-end budget processes, coordinating cross-functional inputs and delivering robust, timely plans.</li>
<li>Strong accounting knowledge, with the ability to link three-statement models to business performance, cash generation and commercial decision-making.</li>
<li>Proven track record in a PE-backed, high-growth environment.</li>
<li>Excellent financial modelling and advanced Excel skills.</li>
<li>Experience using key finance and data systems, including NetSuite, Anaplan and Power BI or equivalent systems.</li>
<li>Experience producing board-level reporting, with the ability to deliver clear executive commentary and compelling financial storytelling.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of commercial drivers, KPIs and business performance metrics.</li>
<li>Confident communicator with experience partnering with and managing stakeholders at various levels.</li>
<li>Highly numerate, with strong attention to detail.</li>
<li>Hands-on and adaptable, with a mindset suited to a fast-paced environment.</li><br>
