<div>Quality Care LLC is seeking a dedicated and versatile individual to join our team as an Office Assistant/Direct Support Professional (DSP). This hybrid role combines administrative support responsibilities with compassionate in-home care for our clients.
Office Assistant Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Answer phone calls and emails, directing inquiries to appropriate staff members.</li><li>
Manage office supplies and maintain organizational systems.</li><li>
Assist with scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, and preparing reports.</li><li>
Support the Care Coordinator team with daily office operations.</li><li>
Experience with Office and Therap software is a plus.</li></ul>
Direct Support Professional Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Provide one-on-one assistance and companionship to individuals with varying mental and physical health needs.</li><li>
Assist with meal preparation, grocery shopping, and light housekeeping.</li><li>
Offer support with transportation to appointments and errands.</li><li>
Help clients develop and maintain independent living skills.</li></ul>
This position offers a fulfilling balance between office work and direct client engagement, ideal for candidates who enjoy variety in their daily tasks and making a meaningful difference in the community. 
Requirements 
<ul><li>
High school diploma or equivalent.</li><li>
Valid driver&rsquo;s license and reliable transportation.</li><li>
Strong communication and organizational skills.</li><li>
Experience with Therap software preferred but not required.</li><li>
Previous experience as a Direct Support Professional or in caregiving is advantageous.</li><li>
Reliable, compassionate, patient, and detail-oriented personality.</li></ul>
