Requirements
<ul><li>
Valid and active RN license</li><li>
Leadership experience and the ability to identify issues and propose solutions</li><li>
History of implementing nursing policies and procedures</li><li>
Experience in skilled care and/or patient care facilities preferred</li><li>
Encompass a &ldquo;patient care first&rdquo; belief and puts those beliefs into practice</li><li>
Values a team and possess the ability to work collaboratively with others</li></ul>
