<b>Key Responsibilities:</b></div><ul><li>
Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.</li><li>
Schedule appointments for service calls and installations.</li><li>
Manage the front desk and maintain a welcoming lobby environment.</li><li>
Provide customers with accurate estimates and information about our services.</li><li>
Order parts and supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.</li><li>
Handle payments and maintain accurate financial records.</li><li>
Assist with various administrative tasks to support team efficiency.</li></ul><div><b>
Required Skills:</b></div><ul><li>
Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude.</li><li>
Proficient in computer skills, including MS Office and scheduling software.</li><li>
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.</li><li>
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>
Strong teamwork and communication skills.</li><li>
Problem-solving abilities to address customer needs promptly.</li><li>
Dependable and adaptable, willing to take on new challenges.</li></ul><div><b>
Qualifications:</b></div><ul><li>
High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative training is a plus.</li><li>
Previous experience in an office or customer service role is preferred.</li><li>
Familiarity with the garage door industry is a bonus, but not required.</li></ul><div><b>
