We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven <b>Procurement Specialist</b> to support our Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) project teams. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of procurement and subcontracting activities for complex Transmission &amp; Distribution (T&amp;D) projects. From RFP development and commercial bid evaluation to contract execution and project close-out, you&rsquo;ll play a critical role in ensuring materials and services are sourced, secured, and delivered on schedule.</div><div></div><div><br>
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in vendor and subcontractor management who thrives in a fast-paced project environment.</div>
What You'll Do:
<ul><li>Support project pursuit and execution by collaborating with Project and Procurement Managers, developing bidder lists, issuing RFPs, and coordinating technical reviews with EPC engineering teams</li><li>
Evaluate proposals for compliance with commercial terms, diversity goals (MBE/WBE), and corporate standards; negotiate terms and recommend contract awards</li><li>
Draft, review, and finalize contracts with required flow-down provisions in alignment with internal policies and client requirements</li><li>
Maintain supplier and subcontractor relationships, resolve performance issues, and manage procurement risks including delays, scope gaps, and pricing discrepancies</li><li>
Track procurement progress through the Procurement Status Report (PSR); validate materials from drawings, enter data into systems, and resolve OS&amp;D issues with construction and logistics teams</li><li>
Ensure all procurement activities meet compliance, safety, and documentation standards; support special projects as needed</li></ul>
What You'll Bring:
<ul><li><b>4+ years of procurement experience within EPC environments in Transmission &amp; Distribution infrastructure projects, required.</b></li><li>
Proven track record in managing vendor/subcontractor RFPs, bid evaluations, contract negotiation, and material logistics</li><li>
Experience with supplier prequalification, submittal tracking, and expediting on high-value infrastructure projects</li><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, Logistics, or a related field</li><li>
Strong negotiation and analytical skills with attention to contractual details</li><li>
Excellent written and verbal communication</li><li>
Ability to work independently while supporting a cross-functional team</li><li>
Exceptional organizational and time management skills</li><li>
Comfortable communicating with all levels of staff and external partners</li></ul><div><b>

About this Role:

The Materials Manager at Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group (QISG) is responsible for overall project materials management including, sourcing, procurement, logistics and on-site contractor management for the Company.</div>
What You'll Do:
<ul><li>Develops and manages industry best material management practices and resources with client</li><li>
Works with customer approved local vendors to quickly obtain materials when expedited requests are needed</li><li>
Works directly with procurement to ensure project materials adhere to construction and delivery schedules, and effectively communicate with client, project team and vendors to obtain the precise material required on time</li><li>
Performs material take-offs and works with customer, engineering, project management and construction to determine necessary material for project completion</li><li>
Manages lead times and material availability by identifying the material construction need dates, order by dates, and material decision points to be included in project schedules; including forecasting and reservation based on construction schedule or look ahead</li><li>
Directly interfaces and oversees vendor shipments to ensure logistics and timely delivery of construction materials to the project</li><li>
Continuously monitors changes to construction material requirements to ensure appropriate requisitions and/or revisions are efficiently addressed</li><li>
Prepares Materials Management Execution Plan as needed</li><li>
Manages all aspects of receiving and issuing of all materials, equipment, tools and consumables to ensure effective, timely and accurate receipt and issue for construction</li><li>
Establishes layout of warehouse and or lay-down yard, using warehouse/material management industry best practices to safely maximize space and streamline operations to efficiently support construction efforts</li><li>
Ensures all inventory is handled and stored safely, according to any requirements and engineering specifications</li><li>
Manages and executes receiving, count, and inspection of materials delivered to construction/warehouse/ lay-down yard and addressing any discrepancy whether it be QA/QC, overage, shortage, damage, or other</li><li>
Obtains and resolves material related questions and/or problems, directly coordinating between project manager, engineering, suppliers, fabricators, construction, project controls or other management</li><li>
Plans, manages, and executes phase bundling, structure staging and kitting to help streamline materials for construction</li><li>
Performs on-site material audits to ensure accuracy of inventory</li><li>
Directly manages, controls, and performs data input for project materials within our inventory management system (ClearSpider), to provide real time and accurate inventory reporting</li>
Directs, coordinates and supervises the off<li> loading and storage of materials as they are received or issued to construction</li><li>
Performs project closeout for materials, purchase orders, and other contract requirements, including obtaining proper disposition instruction of excess materials</li><li>
Acts as liaison between Project manager, customer, supplier, and construction management to resolve any material related issues</li><li>
Adheres to internal standards, policies, and procedures</li><li>
Performs special projects and completes other duties as assigned or requested</li></ul>

The Human Resources Generalist at Quanta Power Solutions (QPS) will run the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department and will form partnerships across the organization to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization.</div>
What You'll Do:
<ul><li>Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the HR Director</li><li>
Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations</li><li>
Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; and training and development</li><li>
