PURPOSE OF POSITION:

Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting of computer hardware and software applications while performing/assisting the repair process. Responsible for ensuring product quality through repairing and testing of product to ensure specifications are met. Documents issues and reports potential quality related problems to quality management. 


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
<ul><li><ul><li> Test and diagnostics of servers and components.</li><li> Repair or replace parts as necessary for servers</li><li> Troubleshoots technical issues and complete applicable documentation.</li><li> Use of tools and test equipment of various types, to diagnose issues servers</li><li> Disassembles and/or reassembles units according to the applicable work instructions.</li><li> Orders correct parts using the proper procedures.</li><li> Tests unit according to work instructions and process flows.</li><li> Responsible for inspecting products to ensure they are labeled correctly.</li><li> Responsible for completing applicable paperwork completely and accurately.</li><li> Responsible for entering repair data accurately into the QMS shop floor system.</li><li> Document and communicate repair issues to engineering</li><li> Data Collection and analysis for use in problem solving a continuous improvement</li><li> Other duties as assigned by management.</li></ul></li></ul> 


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
<ul><li><ul><li> Six (6) months to one (1) year technical repair experience in a related field required.</li><li> Six (6) months to one (1) year experience in debugging and testing of electromechanical assemblies required.</li><li> A Plus Certification a plus.</li><li> High School Diploma or equivalent.</li></ul></li></ul>

Production Technician

<div>Mechanical engineer is responsible for installation, operation, evaluation, maintenance, calibration and troubleshooting all manufacturing equipment/fixtures/devices.
<ul><li>
Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on a wide range of production floor equipment and fixtures.</li><li>
Optimize equipment and fixture performance to minimize downtime and reduce failure rates.</li><li>
Develop and implement preventive maintenance procedures and schedules; ensure proper documentation.</li><li>
Coordinate with the facilities team to install and set up production testing stations.</li><li>
Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot liquid cooling systems used in production; provide hands-on training to operators.</li><li>
Collaborate with vendors to install liquid cooling equipment, configure operating parameters, and ensure proper functionality.</li><li>
Create standard operating procedures (SOPs) for equipment, train production staff on proper usage and safety protocols.</li><li>
Design and implement tools and fixtures to improve production efficiency and product quality.</li><li>
Liaise with equipment and fixture vendors&mdash;both locally and internationally (including Taiwan)&mdash;for service, modifications, and improvements.</li><li>
Ensure on-time delivery of fixtures and proactively resolve any discrepancies or issues.</li><li>
Provide technical support across teams as needed, including troubleshooting and root cause analysis.</li></ul>

Required Skills/Abilities
<ul><li>
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, and mechanical systems.</li><li>
Excellent time management and organizational skills; ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.</li><li>
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable working with individuals from diverse backgrounds.</li><li>
Self-motivated and capable of working independently, while also contributing to team-based engineering discussions.</li><li>
Proven ability to manage multiple projects with varying scopes and deadlines.</li><li>
Proficiency in Fusion 360 and experience with 3D printing technologies</li><li>
Bilingual Preferred</li></ul>

Education and Experience
<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.</li><li>
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in mechanical or manufacturing engineering, with a focus on equipment installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.</li></ul></div>
