<div>Position Summary:

Leads and coordinates enterprise security programs across physical and cybersecurity domains, including assessments, audits, and ISO 27001 compliance. Partners cross-functionally and globally to manage risks, drive remediation, and ensure alignment of security operations across sites. 


Duties/Responsibilities: 

<ul><li>Lead security programs and projects spanning physical and cyber security initiatives.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Plan and conduct internal security assessments across local and global sites.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Participate in external audits and customer security assessments (e.g., ISO 27001).</li></ul>
<ul><li>Coordinate with IT, Facilities, PhysSec, Legal, PM, and local site leadership.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Track project milestones, risks, and remediation plans; provide regular status reporting to internal/external stakeholders.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Support integration and improvement of physical and cyber security technologies and processes.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Coordinate with global security teams to align operations locally.</li></ul> 
Required Skills/Abilities: 

<ul><li>PMP, CISSP, CISM, or ISO 27001-related certifications.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Experience supporting ISO 27001 or similar compliance programs.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Experience working with global teams and multi-site security environments.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Background in security operations (SOC/GSOC) or enterprise security programs.</li></ul> 


Education and Experience: 

<ul><li>Bachelor's Degree in Security Management, Information Systems or related technical field.</li></ul>
<ul><li>5+ years of experience in security, IT, risk management, or technical program/project management.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Working knowledge of both cybersecurity and physical security concepts and technologies.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Experience supporting or conducting security assessments, audits, or compliance activities.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Willingness to travel nationally/internationally as needed.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Ability to read, write and speak fluent English.</li></ul>

Security Program Manager

<div>Position Summary:

Supports the day-to-day operations of the Finance department, assisting with a variety of accounting tasks, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. 


Essential Functions:
<ul><li> Learn and master the AP workflow, beginning with data entry and GL coding.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Receive, process, or redistribute electronic billing(s).</li></ul>
<ul><li> Batch process invoices and expense reports, including allocating cross divisional/projects costs.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Research and resolve A/P issues, including previous balances and payment status.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Issue payments via check, ACH, utilizing multiple bank accounts and check formats for all assigned internal business partners and divisions.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Prepare and input into SAP journal entries such as AP accruals/reclasses, along with reconciliations, and other assigned tasks related to accounts payable, in a timely manner to comply with the close calendar, checklists, and other due dates as assigned.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Company credit card account reconciliation.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Backup Senior Accountant on purchasing functions.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Provide internal and external audit assistance as required.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Perform special projects as assigned.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Execute daily processes and controls accurately and in a timely manner.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Respond to internal and external inquiries in an effective, efficient and professional manner.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Complete other duties as assigned.</li></ul> 


Education and Experience:
<ul><li> Associate&rsquo;s Degree in Accounting, or related field, or equivalent education and experience.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Minimum 3 years&rsquo; experience in an accounting role in a manufacturing/warehouse environment.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Experience with Accounting Software preferable; SAP</li></ul>
