<div></div><div><h1 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>ROLE SUMMARY:</b></h1>
<div><div>We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced <b>Executive Assistant</b> to provide advanced administrative support to multiple members of our Quanterix executive team. Reporting to the Executive Assistant to the CEO, this role requires a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple priorities with discretion, efficiency, and attention to detail.</div>
<div>The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication and decision-making skills, a high level of confidentiality, and the ability to interact effectively with employees, executives, board members, and external partners. This role is on site in Billerica MA 5 days a week.</div>
<div></div><div><h1 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>WHAT YOU&rsquo;LL DO:</b></h1>
<div><ul><li>Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings across multiple time zones and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders</li>
<li>Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including logistics for conferences, meetings, and site visits</li>
<li>Prepare leadership team meeting agendas, manage meeting logistics, take comprehensive notes, and follow up on action items to ensure efficient and productive meetings</li>
<li>Prepare and process expense reports in a timely and accurate manner</li>
<li>Anticipate needs and proactively address issues before they arise</li>
<li>Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion</li>
<li>Support site events as well individual functional events/ meetings</li>
<li>Support internal communications across the company to include sending all employee emails, event/ meeting invites, etc.</li>
<li>Manage company townhalls as well as functional town halls</li>
<li>Identify opportunities to streamline administrative processes and improve efficiency</li>
<li>Back up support to the other members of the Administration team</li>
<li>Open and supportive to other tasks as assigned</li>
</ul><h1 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:</b></h1>
<div><ul><li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience</li>
<li>5+ years of experience providing executive-level support, with demonstrated experience supporting senior executives</li>

<li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)</li>
<li>Experience with travel coordination and expense management systems (e.g., Concur)</li>
<li>High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality</li>
<li>Skilled in managing and prioritizing multiple requests simultaneously while maintaining a focus on quality and urgency.</li>
<li>Take initiative and work well under pressure, maintain a high level of confidentiality</li>
<li>Polished and articulate with strong interpersonal skills</li>
<li>Impeccable attention to detail, ensuring flawless execution in scheduling, documentation, and travel arrangements</li>
