<div><ul><li><b>Support Talent Acquisition:</b> Manage job postings, screen applicants, and orchestrate a seamless interview experience for candidates and managers.</li><li><div><b>
Facilitate the Employee Lifecycle:</b> Manage the onboarding and off-boarding process, from drafting contracts to ensuring employee files are complete and compliant.</div></li><li><div><b>
Drive Culture &amp; Engagement:</b> Help coordinate company events, training sessions, and internal initiatives that keep our team connected.</div></li><li><div><b>
Elevate Learning &amp; Compliance:</b> Update training modules and presentations while assisting with data preparation for internal and external audits.</div></li><li><p><b>
Power P&amp;C Operations:</b> Maintain office flow through administrative support and jump into ad hoc projects as the team evolves.</p></li></ul>

<div><ul><li><h6 class="jobSectionHeader">Working towards a Bachelor&rsquo;s or Masters in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Management or related field</h6></li><li><div>
A Confident Communicator: You are articulate, professional, and comfortable interacting with employees at all levels, demonstrating strong written and verbal skills.</div></li><li><div>
Highly Organized &amp; Detail-Focused: You have a keen eye for detail, manage tasks efficiently, and understand the importance of accuracy when handling confidential data.</div></li><li><div>
Discreet and Ethical: You possess a strong understanding of the need for confidentiality and discretion when dealing with sensitive employee and company information.</div></li><li><div>
A Team Player: You are collaborative, positive, and enjoy contributing to a supportive and fast-paced team environment.</div></li></ul>

</b></h5><div><div><b>Compensation:</b> $18-20 an hour</div><div><b>
Expectation for hours:</b> 20 hours per week</div><div><b>
In office expectations:</b> 2 days in office and 1 day flexible</div><div><b>
Length of role:</b> Role is expected to be finished in May 2026 (possibility of an extension)</div>
