We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Test Engineer with 7+ years of professional experience in the design, build, and execution of spacecraft propulsion or avionics test systems. This is a senior-level role for an engineer eager to take ownership of test operations, data systems, and anomaly resolution across propulsion and spacecraft platforms. You will work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment, collaborating across engineering, manufacturing, and test teams to deliver flight-ready hardware and scalable test solutions. 
This role requires strong proficiency in test system design (fluid, electrical, and structural), instrumentation and data acquisition, and hands-on test execution in demanding environments such as high-vacuum, pressurized, and high-voltage systems. 
Where You&rsquo;ll Make an Impact
<ul>
<li>Design and build novel test fixtures, test setups, and test stands for propulsion and spacecraft systems.</li>
<li>Develop and analyze structures, fluid systems, mechanisms, and integrated test stands.</li>
<li>Author and own test plans, test procedures, and test reports.</li>
<li>Lead anomaly investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective action plans.</li>
<li>Instrument and operate complex test systems, including data acquisition, pressure systems, sublimation systems, strain gauges, accelerometers, and high-voltage hardware.</li>
<li>Manage data analysis, trend identification, and reporting to drive product quality and reliability.</li>
<li>Collaborate cross-functionally with propulsion, avionics, and manufacturing teams to integrate testing into the full spacecraft lifecycle.</li>
<li>Support continuous improvement of test systems, safety practices, and data workflows.</li></ul> 


What It Takes
<ul>
<li>B.S. in Mechanical, Aerospace, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline (M.S. preferred).</li>
<li>7+ years of experience in the design, build, and test of propulsion or high-reliability aerospace systems.</li>
<li>Strong proficiency with instrumentation, data acquisition systems, and controls.</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with high-vacuum chamber testing and fluid/pressurized systems.</li>
<li>Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and schematics.</li>
<li>Demonstrated root cause corrective action and anomaly resolution experience.</li>
<li>Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.</li></ul> 


Nice-to-Have Experience
<ul>
<li>Programming skills in Python, MATLAB, or similar for data reduction and automation.</li>
<li>GD&amp;T proficiency and mechanical design experience.</li>
<li>Experience in materials &amp; processes or chemical handling for propulsion applications.</li>
<li>Lean Six Sigma or ASQ Certified Quality Engineer credentials.</li>
<li>Experience supporting full lifecycle spacecraft programs from system design through sustainment.</li></ul>
