Key Responsibilities:</b></div><ul><li><b>
 </b>Answer incoming telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner. Timely route calls to<br>
appropriate party, or take accurate telephone messages, as per Firm policy.</li><li>
Greet visitors upon arrival and announce them to respective attorneys, legal assistants, and<br>
other support staff.</li><li>
Maintain visitor's log, accept/sort mail and packages.</li><li>
Maintain conference room calendar, provide backup support in setting up video-conferences, order<br>
lunches as needed for meetings.</li><li>
Maintain a neat and orderly workspace.</li><li>
Transcribe, type, proofread and finalize documents, correspondence, memos, minutes, charts,<br>
forms, billings, existing documents dictation as directed, often under short deadlines.</li><li>
Maintain files of documents, memos, reports, addresses and matter numbers and send to offsite<br>
storage when no longer needed.</li><li>
Mail, fax or assign for delivery documents, memos, reports and other materials sometimes with<br>
urgent time frames.</li><li>
Opportunities to learn e-Filing in state, federal and appellate courts.</li><li>
Maintain confidential information, files, records, legal documents, and reports.</li><li>
Other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p></p><div><p><b><br>
Qualifications:</b></p><div><b>
&quot;Who Are You?&quot;</b></div><ul><li><b>
 </b>Minimum 2-5 years of professional office experience preferred.</li><li>
High School degree required, Associate degree preferred.</li><li>
Punctuality is critical for this position.</li><li>
Possess a positive attitude, be proactive, flexible and a team player.</li><li>
Prefer experience with technical skills including working knowledge of MS Office and Adobe</li><li>
Professional, Aderant Expert and PACER/CM/ECF.</li><li>
Must be detailed oriented, with excellent grammar and spelling skills.</li><li>
Possess strong organizational, communication and client services abilities.</li><li>
Ability to prioritize needs based on urgency, multi-task and work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.</li><li>
Ability to work overtime, when needed.</li></ul></div><div>
