Your expertise in 3D rendering and visualization will help bring projects to life for clients, ensuring every space reflects our commitment to design excellence and functional innovation.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop photorealistic 3D renders, walkthroughs, and animations that capture design intent and brand identity.</li><li>Convert 2D sketches, CAD drawings, and mood boards into immersive 3D visuals.</li><li>Ensure design outputs reflect accurate materials, textures, lighting, and spatial detailing.</li><li>Deliver visualizations aligned with project milestones, client presentations, and deadlines.</li><li>Maintain structured version control, documentation, and updates for all renders.</li><li>Collaborate closely with architects, interior designers, and execution teams to ensure accuracy.</li><li>Continuously explore emerging rendering techniques, software updates, and industry trends.</li><li>Optimize rendering workflows for efficiency without compromising quality.</li></ul>Who You Are (Requirements)Must-Haves:<ul><li>Degree/Diploma in 3D Animation/Visualization program.</li><li>5&ndash;8 years of proven experience in 3D design for commercial or residential interiors.</li><li>Strong command of 3Ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray/Corona, AutoCAD, and Photoshop.</li><li>Good communication skills with the ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams.</li></ul>Nice-to-Haves:<ul><li>Exposure to VR based visualization tools.</li><li>Familiarity with Lumion, Unreal Engine, or Twinmotion for advanced rendering.</li><li>Knowledge of construction materials, and detailing</li><li>Creative flair with attention to detail and a strong design sensibility.</li></ul>What You&rsquo;ll Get<ul><li>The opportunity to work on high-value commercial projects with top-tier clients.</li><li>End-to-end exposure from design conception to execution.</li><li>A collaborative, design-driven culture that fosters learning, creativity, and innovation.</li><li>Career growth within a fast-scaling organization focused on premium real estate solutions.</li><li>Competitive compensation aligned with expertise and industry standards.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeExperience:<ul><li>3D Designer : 5 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Gurgaon City, Haryana (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
