We are looking for a Marketing Associate who wants to accelerate their career at the intersection of technology and business. If you have a marketing or business development background combined with technical knowledge and passionate about sales, customer engagement, and growth - this role is for you.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 What You&rsquo;ll Do
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Marketing (Social Media, Content Creation) &amp; Business Development.
 </li>
 <li>
 Engage with new signups and leads (calls, emails, chat).
 </li>
 <li>
 Explain Qubrid AI&rsquo;s offerings in simple, customer-friendly language.
 </li>
 <li>
 Convert free users into paying customers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Schedule and host meetings on MS Teams/Zoom.
 </li>
 <li>
 Do product demos
 </li>
 <li>
 Do outreach and cold calling to build pipeline.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain leads and activities in CRM tools.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with marketing &amp; tech teams to refine messaging.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 What We&rsquo;re Looking For
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 B.Tech / B.E. / Technical graduate
 </li>
 <li>
 1-2 years experience in technical marketing, sales or business development
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent spoken &amp; written English.
 </li>
 <li>
 Comfortable talking to customers over phone/video calls and doing software demos
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Good to Have (Optional):
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Knowledge of AI, Cloud, or SaaS business models.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with CRMs like HubSpot or Zoho.
 </li>
