Support CoordinatorJob OverviewQuebedeaux Buick GMC Mitsubishi is looking for an IT Support Coordinator to provide day-to-day technical assistance for our employees and dealership operations.This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical foundation who enjoys hands-on support, troubleshooting, and working directly with team members to resolve technology issues.Responsibilities <ul><li>Respond to employee technology requests.</li><li>Install and configure computers, printers, phones, and peripherals.</li><li>Maintain user accounts and passwords.</li><li>Coordinate service calls with outside technology vendors.</li><li>Track and maintain technology inventory.</li><li>Assist with software installations and updates.</li><li>Troubleshoot network, hardware, and software issues.</li><li>Support dealership business systems and office technology.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>1&ndash;3 years of IT support experience.</li><li>Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365.</li><li>Strong customer service mindset.</li><li>Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requests.</li></ul>Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
