Job Summary</b><br>
Server 1 is responsible for delivering exceptional food and beverage service to members and guests, ensuring that every interaction reflects Invited&rsquo;s service standards. This role focuses on consistently applying the 3-steps of service&mdash;warm welcomes, magic moments, and fond farewells. Server 1 works closely with team members to provide a seamless dining experience and plays an integral role in maintaining member satisfaction and retention. As a non-lead role, Server 1 also supports the overall operations of the dining area and assists in service duties as required.<br>

<ul><li>Reports to the F&amp;B Director, Banquet Manager or Restaurant Manager</li></ul><br>

Day to Day</b><br>
<ul><li>Maintain high standards of service, following the Invited F&amp;B service training program.</li><li>Provide food and beverage service to members/guests, executing orders in a timely manner.</li><li>Ensure a complete knowledge of the &agrave; la carte menu, including daily features and specials.</li><li>Greet members by name and provide a warm welcome, making them feel at home.</li><li>Assist fellow employees and ensure a seamless member/guest experience through teamwork and attention to detail.</li><li>Handle member/guest complaints with service recovery techniques, ensuring any issues are resolved promptly.</li><li>Complete daily assignments and side work, ensuring work areas are organized, clean, and well-stocked.</li><li>Follow club standards for cleanliness, organization, and safety.</li><li>Support management by completing additional duties as assigned.</li></ul><br>

Additional Duties</b><br>
<ul><li>Due to the dynamic nature of the club, employees are expected to assist others as needed and take on additional tasks as assigned by management.
</li><li>Follow all company, club, and department policies, procedures, and instructions.</li><li>Maintain a high level of professionalism and a commitment to excellence in interactions with members, colleagues, and staff.</li><li>Follow safe working practices, ensuring compliance with safety guidelines and encouraging others to do the same.</li><li>Take the initiative in personal and professional growth and maintain any required certifications relevant to your role.</li><li>Address and resolve challenges using available resources, working with regional and corporate teams to support club operations.</li><li>Attend daily briefings and actively engage in required activities to stay informed and contribute to the team&rsquo;s success.</li><li>Wear a clean, neat uniform that meets club standards.</li></ul></div><div><b><br>
About You</b><br>
Preferred<br>
<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li><li>Previous experience in Food and Beverage service.</li><li>Current Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications as required by state and city regulations.</li><li>Completion of Invited&rsquo;s F&amp;B Service Training program.</li><li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and effectively.</li><li>Ability to follow instructions and communicate well with team members.</li></ul></div><div><b><br>
Physical Requirements</b><br>
<ul><li>Must be able to stand, walk, and perform physical activities for extended periods.</li><li>Ability to work in varying temperatures and environments, with potential exposure to dust, fumes, or gases.</li><li>Capable of climbing ladders, squatting, kneeling, reaching, grasping, twisting, bending, and folding/unfolding as required.</li><li>Able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 100 lbs. occasionally.</li><li>Effective communication skills, including talking and hearing, with sufficient visual acuity.</li></ul></div><div><b><br>

Work Schedule</b><br>
