Receptionist &ndash; Dental &amp; Dermatology ClinicKey Responsibilities:<ul><li>Greet and welcome patients in a professional and friendly manner.</li><li>Manage patient registration, update personal and insurance details, and maintain accurate records.</li><li>Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments using the clinic system.</li><li>Answer phone calls, WhatsApp, and email inquiries promptly.</li><li>Provide patients with information about treatments, promotions, and aftercare instructions.</li><li>Coordinate patient flow between reception, doctors, and treatment rooms.</li><li>Handle billing, invoicing, and payment collection (cash, card, or insurance).</li><li>Process insurance documents, pre-approvals, and claims where applicable.</li><li>Follow up with patients to confirm attendance and ensure satisfaction after visits.</li><li>Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area.</li><li>Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing daily reports and supporting marketing activities.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Previous experience as a Receptionist in a medical, dental, or dermatology clinic (preferred).</li><li>Excellent communication and customer service skills.</li><li>Proficient in MS Office and clinic management software.</li><li>Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages is an advantage).</li><li>Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work under pressure.</li><li>Presentable and professional appearance.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Expected Salary </li><li>Date of joining </li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Receptionist : 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Tagalog (Preferred)</li><li>English (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Dubai (Required)</li></ul>
