 Product Designer
 
 who is passionate about creating intuitive, impactful, and user-centered design solutions.
 
 
 This role is for someone who thrives at the intersection of

 &mdash;a designer who can translate user insights into elegant experiences, create scalable design systems, and work closely with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life.  Key Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>

 Partner with the user research team to deeply understand learners, educators, and program teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Synthesize qualitative and quantitative research findings into actionable design opportunities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Translate user needs, pain points, and motivations into design requirements that guide product direction.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conceptualize and design innovative solutions for new features, products, and enhancements to existing platforms.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop low-fidelity wireframes to map user flows and information architecture.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build interactive prototypes to validate design ideas and test usability.
 </li>
 <li>
 Deliver
 
 high-fidelity mockups
 
 that communicate final design vision and are ready for handoff to developers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Plan and conduct usability testing sessions with learners, educators, and other stakeholders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze user feedback and testing results to refine design decisions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Implement a continuous feedback loop, ensuring that designs evolve to meet real user needs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with product managers to align design solutions with business goals and product strategy.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with engineers to ensure technical feasibility and smooth implementation of designs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with business and program stakeholders to balance user needs with organizational priorities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Actively participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to integrate design into agile workflows.
 </li>
 <li>
 Contribute to the creation, evolution, and maintenance of Quest&rsquo;s design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across all products.
 </li>
 <li>
 Define and enforce UI/UX guidelines, accessibility standards, and design principles to maintain a unified brand and product experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure design deliverables are reusable, adaptable, and aligned with the long-term product vision.
 </li>
 <li>
 Craft visually engaging and intuitive interfaces that enhance usability and delight users.
 </li>
 <li>
 Apply design principles to create layouts, typography, iconography, and interaction patterns that elevate the user experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure every design aligns with Quest&rsquo;s brand identity while serving functional goals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Stay current with industry trends, design tools, and emerging UX/UI practices.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experiment with new techniques and technologies to push creative boundaries and improve design outcomes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Bring fresh ideas to the team that expand how we think about user experience in the education technology space.
 </li>
 <li>
 Document design decisions, processes, and guidelines for transparency and future reference.
 </li>
 <li>
 Share design learnings, best practices, and insights with cross-functional teams to foster a design-driven culture.
 </li>
 <li>
 Mentor peers and junior team members in design thinking and product design approaches.
 </li>

 Education:
 
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Design, Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (preferred).
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Experience:
 
 2+ years of relevant experience in web/mobile product design, UI, UX, or interaction design.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Portfolio:
 
 Strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking, problem-solving, and successful product design outcomes.
 </li>

 Salary:
 
 The pay band for the position starts at Rs. 65,000/- per month (cost to company) (
