 Role Purpose:
 
 
 
 Support an efficient, high-volume, and process-driven talent acquisition vertical within the People function at Quest Alliance by executing targeted sourcing on LinkedIn and Naukri, maintaining accurate recruitment data, and enabling smooth end-to-end hiring operations in alignment with organizational priorities.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Deliver SLA-Driven Hiring Operations
 </li>
 <li>
 Execute end-to-end recruitment operations against defined hiring SLAs and timelines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage candidate workflows through Zoho Recruit ATS, ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation across all hiring stages.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate interview scheduling, panel alignment, and hiring progression using G Suite tools (Calendar, Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets).
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain timely closure of candidate communication and interview feedback loops.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage High-Volume Recruitment Coordination
 </li>
 <li>
 Support high-volume hiring operations across multiple concurrent roles and programs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage interview logistics and stakeholder calendars across an annual recruitment cycle engaging 10,000+ applicants and ~80+ hires.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure seamless candidate experience through structured communication, scheduling accuracy, and process responsiveness.
 </li>
 <li>
 Track hiring progress and escalate bottlenecks impacting closure timelines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive Recruitment Campaigns and Pipeline Building
 </li>
 <li>
 Execute weekly hiring campaigns across internal and external platforms using approved templates and brand guidelines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Publish, customise, and review job postings across hiring channels including LinkedIn, Naukri, and other sourcing platforms.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support talent sourcing and pipeline building using LinkedIn Talent Solutions, and Naukri ResDex
 </li>
 <li>
 Contribute to employer branding and hiring visibility initiatives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Enable Cross-Functional Collaboration and Process Improvement
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with People Ops, L&amp;D verticals and collaborate with other Functions and Programs to support Talent ops.
 </li>
 <li>
 Contribute to cross-functional initiatives including internal engagement campaigns, policy recommendations, and process improvements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify operational inefficiencies and support implementation of scalable recruitment practices.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure Process Compliance and Data Governance
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain recruitment documentation, trackers, and hiring records in alignment with organizational policies and audit requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure adherence to Quest Alliance hiring processes, communication standards, and data management protocols.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support reporting and hiring analytics through accurate and timely data management.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Required Qualifications &amp; Skills
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Minimum 4 years of experience, with 2 years in high-volume recruitment or talent acquisition operations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated ability to close multiple entry-level roles with swiftness and strong process alignment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands-on experience using Zoho Recruit or a comparable ATS.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong operational proficiency in G Suite tools, especially Calendar, Gmail, Sheets, Docs, and Drive.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent coordination, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to manage high-volume workflows with accuracy, responsiveness, and attention to detail.
 </li>
 <li>
 Commitment to continuous learning, feedback, and knowledge-sharing within teams.
 </li>
 <li>

 Salary
 
 
 
 The pay band for the position is Rs. 60,000 - 65,000/- per month (cost to company) (
 
 The salary offered will be commensurate with the experience and expertise of the candidate)
