 Role Description
 
 
 
 This is a full-time role for a 360 Recruitment Consultant at Quest Employment. The role involves tasks such as new business development activity, attending client meetings, consulting with clients and candidates, conducting interviews, effective communication with stakeholders, and proficient recruiting activities.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 New business development via sales calls, emails &amp; face to face meetings
 </li>
 <li>
 Management of large existing client accounts
 </li>
 <li>
 Advertise active roles through all available means
 </li>
 <li>
 Actively source and qualify candidates
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage the client's needs and expectations
 </li>
 <li>
 Regularly attend client sites to gauge &amp; improve service levels
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintaining strong relationships with workers, clients &amp; colleagues
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain high levels of compliance
 </li>

 Requirements for applicants

 Experience in a busy 360 recruitment role is a must
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in business to business sales
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong Communication skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent interpersonal skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Interviewing skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment but also self manage
 </li>
 <li>
 A positive &amp; 'can do' attitude
 </li>
