Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Provide exceptional customer service, tend to customers in a prompt, efficient, friendly manner, and handle customer concerns as they arise.</li><li>
Ensure all fresh food items are in stock and meet quality standards.</li><li>
Follow all food safety and dating procedures.</li><li>
Motivate, train, support, and recognize team members for positive results.</li><li>
Provides continuous personal growth and development opportunities for self and team members.</li><li>
Sweep, mop, empty trash and clean as necessary, including restrooms.</li><li>
Attend all mandatory/scheduled store meetings.
</li><li>Ensure that safety and uniform policies are followed.</li><li>
Keep up to date on new policies and procedures.</li><li>
Enforce and practice cash handling procedures, loss prevention, and cash control policies.</li><li>
Accurately process and maintain all paperwork involved in store operations.</li><li>
Work with vendors and check-in, in accordance with company policy and procedures.</li><li>
Assist Store Manager in staffing, training, and reviewing performance of Team Members.</li><li>
Assist with staffing needs, including, but not limited to scheduling conflicts, callouts, etc.</li><li>
Communicate any questions, concerns, or issues to leadership in a timely manner.</li><li>
Delegate and oversee completion of all work on assigned shift.</li><li>
Ensures all equipment is working safely and properly. Call for service when necessary.</li><li>
Work with Store Manager and department managers in achieving sales and profitability goals.
</li><li>Maintain lot and walkways as needed in inclement weather.</li><li>
Attend QuickChek University training classes as assigned at Corporate Support Center and/or Training Site.</li><li>
Other duties/responsibilities as assigned.</li></ul>
Qualifications:

</li><li>2+ years Food Service/Retail management experience.</li><li>
Availability to work various shifts.</li><li>
Available and comfortable with working overnight/3rd shift.</li><li>
Completion of required on-the-job training programs and learning activities within allocated timeframe.</li><li>
Personal behaviors must align with QuickChek&rsquo;s values.</li><li>
Willingness to travel to Support Center and other stores within assigned district.</li><li>
Food Service/Retail management experience preferred.</li></ul>
